Hey everyone, let's keep this quick and smooth—here are the results from the vote.
Artoria Pendragon got 6 votes, Jibril received 5, Eto Yoshimura pulled in 2, Xiao Xun'er also landed at 5, and Kiana absolutely dominated with a solid 10 votes.
Don't worry though—even if your pick didn't come out on top this time, as long as writer's block doesn't screw me over, I can pump out chapters fast.
Sooner or later, they'll all get their turn.
Now, if you're satisfied with Artoria taking the second waifu spot after Kiana, we'll move forward with her next.
If not, we can always do a revote.
Just let me know—whether you want Artoria, prefer one of the previously voted girls, or have your own personal waifu in mind for that second spot. I'm open to hearing it.
Alright, back to business.
Check out Chapter 21—I've already rewritten it. Esdeath has been replaced by Kiana in that part. Chapter 22's content has been scrapped entirely; I'll be rewriting that soon as well.
If you don't feel like rereading the whole Chapter 21 to catch the changes, no worries—I've included the exact rewritten section below.
Just keep in mind, I didn't rewrite the entire chapter. I only touched the scene where the MC wakes up in the blank space after banging Agrippina and originally met Esdeath—now changed to Kiana.
Here's the updated version of that scene:
When he woke up, the world around him was gone.
The void.
Again.
The warm, decadent body in his arms had vanished—replaced by the cold, endless emptiness of nothingness.
But he didn't flinch, didn't even react with surprise. He knew.
She was coming.
And then, there she was.
Then he deadpanned, completely unimpressed.
Especially when she looked at him with that dumb, confused expression plastered across her face like a clueless idiot trying to solve a riddle she didn't even understand.
She had stark white hair, eyes as blue as the ocean, and wore a simple white dress that fluttered slightly with every subtle movement she made.
Panicked and disoriented, she suddenly pulled out the pair of pistols holstered at her waist.
Her hands trembled, her breath caught in her throat.
The man in front of her looked too familiar—eerily so.
His features reminded her of the person she used to be, before everything, before she was forcefully thrown into the identity of K423.
Her mind spiraled into paranoia, half-convinced that this was just another illusion conjured by Sirin to mess with her again.
But before she could even aim the weapons at him, he moved—fast. He grabbed her wrists effortlessly, freezing her in place before she could react.
Her wide, dumbstruck eyes locked onto his, full of disbelief and a creeping realization as fragmented memories surged up like a tidal wave, crashing into her brain.
Something shifted. Something clicked. The connection between them snapped into place like it had always existed.
"Are you... really another me?" she asked, her voice barely a whisper, caught between disbelief and awe.
He smirked, his hand rising slowly to stroke her hair with an oddly affectionate touch.
"Of course I am, you silly girl. I never imagined you'd end up being her." His tone was laced with amusement and something darker, deeper.
"Hmph," she huffed, puffing her chest with that familiar, bratty pride. "This young lady understands now—you are me, and I'm you. Come, another me. Take me out of this damn place."
Kiana Kaslana's lips curled into a smug grin, already acting like she was in charge.
"Alright," Khan replied, matching her smirk, gripping her hand tightly. "Let me take you out of here."
In a flash of power, they vanished—teleporting together, instantly leaving that place behind.
