Dominic"s POV
We entered the back room. Hand in hand with Jeremy leading the way. Dread clung to me, my chest constricted from holding my breath. I don't want her to see the other side of Me. The other side that is a monster, but I can't keep my eyes off her. This cafe is the most secure place I have because of the up to date security system I put in place. The glass doors and windows are all bulletproof and there is a system that scans people without alerting them and detects who threats are.
This is where I work and carry out some extracurricular activities. Where I take traitors. Where I gained reputation for being the silent executor.
Jeremy scanned his card to the door that leads to my other world.
"Are you ready"
"Why wouldn't I be? I am not weak"
I chuckled at that.
"That is true, but not that. What you are about to see is something I have kept a secret for a really long time. It is a place where I made a name for myself."
