Most of the residents of the Sanctuary are not aware of the changes in the Shelter. In their view, living under the protection of the previous managers, growing fast-maturing food and working for the Sanctuary, is their only duty.
But now, the old manager is dead, and the new manager, Su Yu, is a young man who had been quite unknown, merely a repair shop mechanic, which inevitably causes some concern among the residents of the Shelter.
They worry that Su Yu will not be able to manage Shelter No. 73 well.
Moreover, the previous expansion of the Night Slayer Team and its subsequent destruction caused a series of upheavals, leading even ordinary residents to lose trust in the Sanctuary.
"The casualties at Shelter No. 73 were too severe, and now the manager is gathering the wounded fighters. Who knows what he's planning."
