Easton Holmes turned his head and silently smiled at Lily Turner, then pulled her towards the house. He didn't let go of her hand until they reached the living room.
"You sit on the sofa first, I'll get you some water." After settling her on the sofa, he left the living room and headed to the kitchen.
In no time, Easton came back with a steaming cup of water. He bent over to place the cup on the coffee table, then sat down beside Lily.
"Watch some TV and relax, then I'll show you around." Easton said to Lily while reaching for the remote control to turn on the TV. He rarely watched television and knew nothing about the programs.
"Choose whatever you want to watch." After turning on the TV, he handed her the remote.
Before knowing Easton's true identity, Lily Turner always felt a sense of intimidation around him. Now that she knew he was the illustrious Easton Holmes, that feeling had intensified.
