Oliver glanced at the two women in front of him: "You two look like a pair of chopsticks swaying in the wind, talking about losing weight. What are the chubby people supposed to think?"
"What would you know, being a big guy? We have our own pursuits, right, Faye?"
Clara pouted and looked at Oliver: "Oh, don't interfere with our walk, just go already."
He nodded speechlessly and turned around, carrying Clara: "Fine, you guys lose weight. I'll take Darnley with me."
Darnley happily waved goodbye to Faye.
"Faye, I won't be around tonight, so cover yourself well. Bye-bye."
Faye was speechless: "Take care of yourself."
As they walked away, Faye turned her head to Clara with a smile: "Did you see that? That's my son. Sometimes he talks just like a little grown-up."
Clara looked at her enviously: "How can that be annoying? He's clearly a treasure.
How wonderful, where else would you find such a considerate child?"
Faye shrugged and smiled, agreeing.
