Mabel Quinn nearly spat out her food. "The Kinston Family made it?" That could almost be considered a major symbol of Falling City. Mabel had even seen it on some TV programs and didn't expect it to be related to the Kinston Family.
"Is it strange? The Kinston Family has built quite a few Buddha statues and temples over the generations," Kyle Kinston said.
"So does the Kinston Family believe in Buddhism?" she speculated.
"No." He replied indifferently.
"Then why does the Kinston Family build Buddha statues and temples? Is it to win people's hearts?"
