He glared at Riven, who leaned against the wall with a smirk, arms crossed, clearly enjoying the moment.
"Don't you have any manners?" Leon's voice was sharp, but it wavered slightly, betraying his anger. "How dare you barge into a king's room like that?"
Riven raised an eyebrow, unfazed. "I knocked and called out to you. When I heard water noises, I thought you were in trouble! Lions can't swim well, you know?" His smirk widened, and the playful glint in his eyes made Leon's heart race.
