This time, even if Itadori Yuji was born, he likely wouldn't return to Sendai.

His growth rate would surpass both Kenjaku and Sukuna.
As long as he kept getting stronger, no matter what schemes Kenjaku concocted, they would amount to nothing in the face of his Zanpakutō and Zankensoki.
Once Ryūjin Jakka achieved Bankai, the outcome would be just as its release command declared.
