In his room Naoki is in his bed just resting after fighting a powerful foe. He then took out his Journal and test his Gauntlet.

"This is the gauntlet, it's much more easy than the armor the I used just a few days ago maybe I need to train this because who knows how powerful my opponent is." Naoki said
He then return the gauntlet and read his journal.
"Hmm I've been reading this for quite awhile now and it seems like this journal tells the journey the Hero of Light had been through."
Just as he was reading he flip it to the next page and saw a magic circle.
"What the..."
He applied some mana into it and he passed out. When he woke up he was in a field of grass .
"Where am I?"
He looked around and he saw a person with a blond hair sitting under the tree to him it seems like his meditating.
"Oh a person,excuse me!"Naoki yelled when he noticed his hands had turned transparent
In the state of confusion he heard a voice just near the tree.
"Hikari! There you are!" A girl yelled
A white haired girl approach the blond person called Hikari
"What do you need Mizuki?" Hikari said
"The others are waiting for you! Let's go we need to keep on advancing" Mizuki said
Naoki just besides them is listening to their conversation.
"Who are these people and what are they doing in the journal of the Hero of Light?"Naoki said
"Mizuki you need to be patient you shouldn't push yourself too hard." Hikari calmly said
"What do you mean patient you of all people know our positions."
'Positions?'Naoki thought
"The longer we wait the stronger the demon king gets, the people are putting their trust on us the HEROES."
Naoki froze when heard the word he realized who this persons are and what they are doing in the journal, they're the original heroes that saved the land of Xeria.
The man in front of him is non other than the Hero of Light himself Hikari Nichishi. After that Naoki's vision blurred and he passed out again.

When he woke up he was shocked at what he saw. He was in a middle of a battle field many bodies lying dead on the ground.

When he looked up he saw a bright light int the sky,but upon closer inspection he realizes there's thousands of swords made of light.
"Begone you vile beast!" A man yelled
When Naoki looked at the man he saw Hikari all bruised up from the battle.
*KUAAAH*
When Naoki looked from behinds he saw so many demons in different sizes. He never saw any of this demons mentioned in the books it seems like they want to erase this from history.
Just then the thousands sword dropped from the sky and killing all the demons insight
"Wow, this is the power of the hero." Naoki said in awe
*RUMBLE*
Among the dead bodies a hand reached out and what appeared was the demon king's commander covered by swords.
"You're still alive...." Hikari said
*SCREECH!!!!*
The demon rushed forward to Hikari with blinding speed.

A sword appeared from one of Hikari's Journal
*Swing*
*Swosh*
The sound of his sword clashing with the demon's claw were heard
*Whistling steel*
*Clank*
After a few clashes the demon opened it's mouth
[Howl of the Undead]
An ear piercing howl was released from the demons mouth and it momentarily stop Hikari, but that was not the end of it the Corpse of the dead demons began to rise they all merge into one and form a huge monster made of corpse
"How's that hero." The demon said
*Screeeak!!!*
As the beast drew closer a voice was heard from a distance.
"Oh heavenly lights of heaven, grant my wish to eradicate this creature before me,punish them for what they had done to your creations and show them your might."
[Heavenly Punishment]
A huge magic circle was formed from the sky and large beam of light was comes down and pulverized the giant beast and the demon king commander.
When Hikari looked behind he saw Mizuki and his fellow heroes with her.
"Phew, they almost got you there" Mizuki jokingly said
"As expected of the saintess, HAHAHA!" the swordsman said
"You really need to be more careful Hikari you're our trump card!" An elf with a bow said
"Well it already happened so no use of scolding him now." The mage said
Naoki was amazed at what he saw when his eyes darkened again and he woke up inside his room.
"I'm back what was that?" Naoki said and he looked as his journal
"What were you trying to tell me Hikari.."Naoki said then something began to shine
His shoulder where his Insignia are glows
*SHINES*
After it stopped a new form was in his shoulder
"What the hell is going on?!" Naoki yelled
His once Insignia shape of a fist became a shape of a glowing Journal.
"Why do I suddenly feel stronger is this a new found power I unlocked after that dream."
As Naoki is questioning himself he had an idea before he go home.
"I think I'm gonna explore the Aetheria before I go home."

Naoki explored the city and he saw so many things he haven't seen yesterday
He bought some food and items to bring home.
After 2 hours of looking around he goes to a public carriage and took a ride there to his town.

"Next stop the Town of Baron Shin"
"Hup, Finally home"
Naoki headed home and met Dawn at the door
"Welcome home young master" Dawn said
"Heya"
"How was your try out?" Dawn asked
"Hehe I'll tell it later, anyways what's for dinner?"
At the dining table Naoki's father questioned his son about the Try out.
"Well I kinda pass" Naoki said
Naoki then told what happened to him in the try out, how he had a special try out thanks to his savior and the monsters he faced.
"And if I pass the final test which is a duel to other adventurer my rank will be determined so wether I failed or not I am officially an adventurer." Naoki said
"That's Amazing" his mother said meanwhile his sister was too amazed to speak
"HAHAHAHA as expected to my son!" His father said
"Dawn bring him his gift"
"Yes Master" Dawn said and she quickly went out the room and grabbed Naoki's gift
"Here you go young master" Dawn said as she handed him the gift
"Come on sweetie open it up" His mother happily said
When Naoki opened it he saw a bag?
"Wow it's a bag.." Naoki said
"Hehe I knew you would have that reaction come on open the bag" his mother said
When he opened the bag many things pop out
A leather armor and metal plates for his chest,shoulder,knees and forearm
There was also short sword and a utility belt
"This is a full adventurer clothing and also a magical storage bag."
"We don't want to spoil you with too much stuff and we know you need a light yet protective armor " his Father said
"Thank you very much Father!"
"You just need to promise me to pass that last task and make me and your mother proud" his father said with a smile
