Another came at me from the side. I turned just in time, catching it by the snout with both hands. It roared and thrashed, but I planted my feet and twisted—using its own momentum to flip it over and smash it into the ground with a brutal crash. Dust flew up as its body went limp.
Three more surrounded me. No fear in their eyes—just rage.
I cracked my knuckles. "Come on."
They leapt.
My body moved on instinct. I slid under one, drove my elbow into the second's ribcage, and grabbed the third by the neck mid-air. I swung it in a wide arc, slamming it into its packmates with bone-crushing force. The impact shook the ground.
"Six down!" Fafnir shouted over the noise.
"Four more!" I called back, spinning and slamming my heel into the side of a drake's skull.
Fafnir's flames lit up the battlefield. I followed up with a devastating shockwave punch that sent the last standing drake flying through a boulder.
