"Of course! If I say you can, then you can!" Renzo nodded confidently. "So, what do you think? Wanna learn?"
"Yes! Yes! Teach me now!" Enju excitedly shook Renzo's arm.
This power looked super cool! And besides, if she got stronger, she could help Renzo even more, right?
"We'll talk about it when we get back! For now, I need to call Kisara and have her send someone to clean up."
With that, Renzo pulled out his phone, found Tendo Kisara's number, and dialed.
The call connected quickly. "Hello? Renzo? Mission accomplished?"
"Of course! Who do you think you're talking to? Send someone to handle the cleanup." Renzo chuckled.
"Got it. Give me a second."
The call ended abruptly. Within ten minutes, Kisara arrived with Rentarou Satomi and a small truck.
"You liar! You took all the credit when Enju did all the work!" Kisara scoffed after glancing at the corpse of the spider-like Gastrea.
Rentaro also shot Renzo a look of disdain.
"Oh?" Renzo wasn't having it. He turned to Rentaro with a smirk. "You dare look down on me, you low-rank brat? Have you gotten cocky? Looks like we need a little sparring session when we get back!"
As he spoke, he cracked his knuckles.
"Uhh… let's not do that." Rentaro shook his head frantically, beads of sweat forming on his forehead.
He knew he wasn't on Renzo's level.
Renzo was just built different. His talent in swordsmanship and martial arts far surpassed Rentaro's, making him the clear superior in a real fight.
Still, the other Renzos saw this talent as just average.
"Tch. Coward," Renzo muttered before turning to the cat girl standing next to Rentaro. She wore a wide-brimmed hat and had an amused look on her face. "Say, Midori, Rentaro's looking pretty weak these days. Why don't you ditch him and team up with me instead?"
"Renzo! Are you betraying me? Am I not enough for you?!"
Before Midori could even respond, Enju leaped onto Renzo's back and bit his shoulder, glaring at him angrily.
"Hehehe~" Fuse Midori chuckled before teasingly saying, "Renzo-san, you should take care of Enju first! Though I wouldn't mind being your partner."
She had a great relationship with Renzo. He was the one who had saved her, after all.
Because of him, she had never met her original partner from the canon timeline. Instead, she became Rentaro's partner but only temporarily.
Thanks to Renzo's intervention, she had also received medical support from Muroto Sumire, keeping her Gastrea infection level at 42%—much safer than in the original story.
"Oi, oi!" Rentaro suddenly interrupted, raising his voice. "Renzo, stop trying to steal my partner! You're being way too greedy!"

By now, he had already rescued most of the abandoned and mistreated Cursed Children in Tokyo area.
