The squad leader didn't answer right away. His eyes were still locked on the black-haired human standing triumphantly atop a corpse pile.
"I… I don't know," the leader muttered.
"Crazy black-haired human guy… defeated all of this?" the archer whispered.
"Don't even ask," the squad leader replied flatly. "I don't know."
Another guard tilted his head. "Should we at least check for survivors? Maybe someone helped him?"
"Do you want to be the one to climb that pile and ask him?"
"…No."
Hazuki suddenly cupped his hands and yelled down again.
"Oi! If any of you touch this pile while I'm blinking, I'll count that as theft!"
