Jackson stared at Kailen with intrigue.
He handed the diary over to Kailen.
It read " I miss that vampire bastard. Had I listened to him, perhaps non of this would have happened. I don't blame him for not answering my calls that night. He probably was mad at me, thinking it was nothing serious. Sigh, I hope wherever he is,he's not blaming himself for what happened. Also , I'm praying he doesn't resort to binge drinking again. That guy drunk so much the last time a girl broke his heart. Vampires like alcohol naturally. However I hope he doesn't become a habitual drunk like he always does whenever he's emotionally unstable "
