" Are you okay ?" Arrie couldn't help but ask as she held Kailen's face in her arms.
Kailen chuckled " I'm the one who should be asking you that question . I'm fine Arrie"
Individuals at the shelter stared at Kailen with reverence ,most of them giving him respectful nods. After the feat he has accomplished,it was only natural. The only reason why some of them did not approach him was because they had their own injuries to worry about.
A woman approached him with tears and snot on her face, her son training behind her.
" Sir, thank you. Thank you so much for avenging my husband . Those savages killed him . However you made sure not even a single one of them escaped. Thank you sir. I am certain that my husband can now rest peacefully in the afterlife"
The woman held Kailen's hands reverentially, thanking him.
She almost fell down at his feet.
However Kailen quickly held her by the arm. This woman was being genuinely thankful to him.
