"Additionally, regarding the handling of Rojen!" At this point, Kong paused, his expression slightly stiffening. "The arrest and search for him must not be abandoned. Issue a wanted poster."

"Set his bounty at 150 million!"

A single war had made the Marines fully recognize Rojen's strength and threat. His power fluctuated unpredictably and was highly unstable, but once unleashed, it was even more terrifying than an Admiral.

Such a person, with his hidden identity, could not be dealt with quickly. Therefore, Sengoku's previous plan to conceal his identity had lost its effectiveness. Without hesitation, Kong adopted the second plan.

"The secret of his identity must not be leaked without authorization. The suppression of his forces must be further intensified. As Sengoku mentioned earlier, this person's strength is unstable. Once he enters a weakened state, that will be our opportunity. Finally, regarding the handling of the four thousand rebels I mentioned earlier, we must speed up the process and resolve it as quickly as possible!"

"Remember my words, act swiftly!"

Kong's expression was serious, his words resounding like the clang of metal.

The officers present also became serious, silently pondering his words. Soon, the meeting concluded, and the Marines dispersed one after another. As figures walked out of the meeting room, Sengoku's eyes flickered. He noticed the figure of someone ahead and quickened his pace to catch up.

After a few steps, he walked side by side with the person.

"Garp, don't think I don't know the purpose of sending Aokiji ." Sengoku's voice was low and very serious.

"Huh? What are you talking about?" Garp replied with a look of confusion.

"In this battle, Aokiji held back. Don't think I don't know. In other words, you indirectly did that kid a huge favor. But have you considered the implications within the Marines?" Sengoku's tone was heavy as he spoke.

"Sengoku." Suddenly, Garp stopped in his tracks, standing still. His expression also became serious.

Unlike his usual carefree demeanor, Garp now exuded an imposing manner.

"What I promised, I will do no matter what. This is a man's promise!" Garp spoke these words to Sengoku with utmost seriousness.

After saying these two sentences, Garp turned and walked away.

Sengoku stood alone, clenching his fists with a trace of anger on his face. 'This guy, if he keeps messing around like this, he'll ruin himself!'

Looking up again, Garp's figure had already disappeared. Sengoku angrily swung his fist and strode forward.

After a few steps, he saw a figure leaning against the wall at the corner.

"Dragon?" Sengoku looked at him with confusion.

"Hehe." Dragon smiled and nodded at him, then left.

Glaring at Dragon with a grim expression, Sengoku quickened his pace and also left the area.

This kid is also restless. Does he really think I don't notice the things he's secretly doing? It's only because of Garp's relationship that I haven't exposed him. Bold guy, aren't you afraid of losing your head?" Muttering to himself, he thought of his old friend and felt a headache coming on.

The father is like this, and the son is like this too. This family is really restless. Are they sure they're not sent by the heavens to destroy the Marines?

The conversation between Sengoku and Garp was heard by Dragon, who stood at the corner of the wall. Others might not be able to eavesdrop on their private chat, but he could easily obtain the information he wanted.

Following the crowd of Marines, Dragon returned to his office a few minutes later.

Sitting in the chair at his desk, he casually flipped through the materials on the table.

It was a document about five centimeters thick, with no text, only collected photos.

Each photo was bloody, and the images in the document seemed to depict all kinds of human sins. Every extreme evil that humans could commit was clearly visible in this album.

With a calm expression, he began to flip through the album.

On the first page, Dragon's expression was still calm, but by the second and third pages, and up to the 50th or 60th page, his chest began to heave, and his face turned red.

Even his eyes became bloodshot.

This was caused by anger. Looking at these bloody photos, a nameless fire burned in Dragon's heart.

"Celestial Dragons!"

Finally, Dragon slammed the table and closed his eyes. After a long time, Dragon's expression returned to normal, and his breathing calmed down.

He let out a long breath, as if expelling the anger from his chest.

This nameless album recorded the various heinous acts committed by the Celestial Dragons against civilians and even high-ranking officials. Its brutality and cruelty were unbearable, even for someone like him who was accustomed to bloodshed.

At the back of the album, there were also numerous heinous crimes committed by the World Government at that time.

"This world is sick!"

Slowly, Dragon murmured.

After a moment of silence, a black owl suddenly flew in through the open window of the office.

The owl flapped its wings and, after a few flutters, landed in front of Dragon.

Dragon extended his hand and took a piece of paper from the owl's claws.

Unfolding it, he read a line of black text.

"Everything is ready, please arrange."

Only then did a smile appear on Dragon's face.

"Since no one is innovating, then let me start. Reforming the decayed world, let it sleep in the coffin!"

His right hand trembled slightly, and the white paper seemed to be cut by an invisible force, suddenly splitting into countless tiny fragments, quickly rendering the dark text unreadable.

Walking to the window, Dragon spread his right hand, allowing the gentle breeze to carry away the scattered paper fragments.

Next, Dragon dialed the Den Den Mushi.

The Den Den Mushi connected, but there was no sound from the other side. Dragon remained patient, sitting quietly and waiting.

Five seconds later, the Den Den Mushi emitted four rhythmic knocks.

His eyes narrowed slightly, Dragon extended his index finger and tapped three times on the Den Den Mushi.

Then, the Den Den Mushi hung up.

After completing all of this, Dragon stood up, stretched widely, and wore a smile on his face. He turned around, collected the materials on the desk, and after organizing them, he slowly left the room.

Time passed quietly, and the undercurrents were also surging.

On the surface of the South Blue, thousands of miles away from the Marines Headquarters, a regular wooden ship was sailing slowly.

"Captain, are we there yet? I'm starving!" Jason's complaining voice rang out clearly.

"Meow." Lordling also called out anxiously.
