Eleanore rolls her eyes in disgust. Most of the things these two bullies had said were true but the part about her trying to win Caelestis over and failing at that is complete trash. If she had a choice she would run away from him. He is no less than a psychopathic monster.
"Lady Adena." Eleanore leans back, as she tilts her head. "I do not need your pity. Keep it to yourself, okay?" She smiles and then takes a sip of her wine.
Adena gets angry at that and then calms down again. "Lady Eleanore, don't forget I am your husband's beloved cousin."
