Jason von Lysander, the Duke of the Lysander Duchy in the Kingdom of Aethelgard, found himself in a state of an awe as he keep on dealing with the wondrous estates of the sorceress.
Throughout his life, he had long held the view that women were secondary to men, a belief that had shaped his interactions and perceptions. He has been living with that ideal for his life.
In the Duke's mind, a woman's role was to be a dutiful wife, bearing heirs, and managing the household accounts - nothing more. He had neither degraded nor judged them, but simply failed to pay them much attention, treating them as necessary, if somewhat peripheral, components of the world he inhabited.
However, the experience of visiting the sorceress's domain had turned those preconceptions on their head. His initial reason for coming had been twofold - to conduct a routine inspection of his territory, and to provide a brief holiday for his wife and daughter.
