In the various departments of Wanfa University, a new Foundation class is held annually.
This Foundation class includes not only students who completed their Foundation Establishment in high school but also university students who have obtained their Foundation certificates at this school and completed Foundation Establishment within the same year.
Fu Ji explained: "If there are civil engineering university students at Wanfa University who successfuly achieve Foundation Establishment, they will enter your cohort's civil engineering Foundation class."
"And these Foundation Establishment Students born out of this school generally constitute the majority in the Foundation class."
