Anders' pov,
We had been searching for Alpha Anastasia, but there were no signs of her. I haven't grown tired of looking for her with Fireball and Irving, but it has gotten very late.
I wasn't with a clock or a wristwatch for me to be able to tell what the time was, but I could feel it. This should be past 11pm.
"I- I can't do this anymore". I said and halted, before I slightly bent forward with my hands resting on my knees for support. Since I had stopped walking, Fireball and Irving also stopped walking and turned to me. My stomach had been growling for such a long time, but now, it wasn't growling in hunger anymore. Rather, it seemed as if ants were biting my stomach.
"Quit whining, Anders boy. If you wish to continue to stick at my Mama's side, you ought to be strong. Quit being a princess". Fireball growled at me.
