Shiro got up from his bed after hearing a noise.
He wipes his face with some water from the cup of water that was placed near his bed and walks towards the door to see what the thing was that made the noise.
"What is it?" He said as he opened his door to see a kunai that had a note.
"Comes to the training ground now. Hurry up, I don't have much time. By your temporary Jonin instructor." Shiro read out the letter.
"This must be the Jonin that the Third Hokage prepared for me," Shiro said as he took the note into his apartment.
He didn't realise that he was being monitored by an Anbu who belonged to a secret organisation called the Root that served Danzo.
The Root is so secretive that even the Third Hokage didn't know about their existence.
"The seedling that Lord is trying to nurture might grow out of his influence if this keeps up. I have to report this to him." The Root Ninja said as he disappeared.

A few minutes later.
"Oh. So you have arrived." A tall, dark-haired man in a Jonin vest said as he sat on one of the three logs that are located in the Konoga's training ground, while having a smoke.
He was Asuma.
Shiro knew who Asuma was.
As he is the son of the Hokage and also one of the most powerful Jonin from the Leaf.
Not only that he also heard about rumors that said Asuma was so skilled that he is one of the few shinobi from the village that have a bounty on his head while still being associated with a ninja village.
"Now here. Hold this." He said as he handed a small piece of paper to Shiro.
"Wait. What?" Shiro was shocked as the paper that he had just received ignited and was destroyed in just a short moment.
"I knew it. Kid, you have an affinity for fire Ninjutsu." He said to Shiro.
"Huh?" Shiro was confused.
"Can you explain what just happened?" Shiro asked.
"Huh? What don't you understand about such a simple thing?" Asuma looked annoyed.
"Ah, right. I forgot. Normally, you only learn about those things from your parents after reaching a certain age," he said as he scratched his head.
"Fine, I will tell you what that paper was. What I just gave you was something called the Chakra Induction Paper. Which will reveal the chakra Nature of a person, even if it is only exposed to a small sample of the user's Chakra." Asuma said.
"Everyone has a Chakra affinity and will have an elemental release that they could perform more easily compared to their other elemental jutsus. The paper I just gave you burned and was reduced to ash, so it means that you possess fire nature affinity." Asuma asked Shiro.
Shiro carefully listened to Asuma's words.
"Now. Try using a fireball jutsu at my direction." He said to Shiro.
"!"
"Don't act surprised? I have read your mission reports summeries to know that you can perform that jutsu." Asuma said.
"But at you? Isn't it dangerous?" Shiro asked.
"Don't worry about such useless things. The title of Jonin is not just for show." Asuma replied.
"Fire style." Shiro started to use hand signs as he prepared to release a fireball.
"And don't hold back. Use everything you got." Asuma continued.
Shiro who knew that there was a reason why Asuma said not to hold back, decided to put everything he had into this fore ball justu.
He was freshly out of bed and was fully rested.
With no stamina issues or injuries to hold him back so he knew this could be the strongest jutsu that he will use in his life.
"Great Fireball Jutsu." He launched a gigantic fireball that it's heat can even be felt by people who are not even in the training field.
"Fire style Burning Ash," Asuma said as he released dark smoke from his mouth, which clashed with Shiro's fireball.
Then the smoke that was clashing with Shiro's fireball was ignited by him, producing a massive flame that swallows Shiro's strongest fireball jutsu.
It was so overwhelming that Shiro can even feels the heat from Ausma's technique despite having experienced dealing withhot temperature as a primary fire type user.
Shiro fell on his back as he was overpowered.
Shiro was amazed and terrified at the same time.
He knew that If Asuma was planning to burn him alive he could have easily done it despite Shiro using everything that he got.
"This technique is called Buring Ash, and it is an advanced form of fire-type jutsu."
"This jutsu is created to overwhelm your opponents in combat." He said as he looked at Shiro.
"And it is the only technique that I will be teaching you during this period." He said.
"After you learned that technique, our training session will be over," Asuma said.

"You use gunpowder to increase your fire style jutsu?" Shiro said in shock after he learned how Asuma was able to perform Ash Buring jutsu.
"It's a lot harder to control the heat than it seems. But the method of using another flammable substance to enhance your fire style jutsu is more common than you would think." Asuma said to Shiro.
"Even one of Konoha's legendary Sannin uses some kind of special oil to use a fire style jutsu that is even superior to the one that I just used."
"Now. Try it for yourself." He said as he handed a cigarette to Shiro.
"What is this?" Shiro asked.
"It's a cigarette filled with gun powder," Asuma replied.
"Wait. You are telling me to smoke?" Shiro asked Asuma.
"It's the most natural method to store gun powder in your mouth without many people noticing." He replied like it was not a big deal.
"Is there any other method. I don't want to look like a delinquent." Shiro said to Asuma.
"You carry a katana anywhere you go. Have dyed hair and acts like a punk. Aren't you already a delinquent?" Asuma asked.
"This is my natural hair," Shiro yelled out in frustration.
