Seiya severed Denga's head, and sent it hurtling into the barrier. Or at least that was what he attempted. But as is well known, nothing can pass through the barrier unless it possesses any of Seiya's belongings or it's Seiya himself.
"You might not know this, but that barrier is an absolute defense, an unbreakable one. We all know you can't generate a new head when the old one is still alive, and with it trapped with me inside that barrier, you can't do much. Not when I'll be restraining your mouth," Seiya said, following the head he threw with an impeccable speed.
He caught up to it in no time, catching the head just before it reached the ground after being knocked off by the barrier. Seiya gripped the demon's head with one hand, while the other was wrapped tightly around his mouth—rendering the demon unable to speak.
