When morning arrives, all the slaves kept in the dungeon was finally brought out, or perhaps dragged out would be the better word for it. They all looked haggard, granted they hadn't seen the light from the outside world for months now and was fed only to necessary with some nights they have to catch their stomach in hunger. But even then they weren't as fearful as today, especially when they heard that the human hunt in the castle was finally put to a stop and that they wouldn't have to be killed for fun and pleasure like a vulture.
However the goddess of luck wasn't on them today.
It wasn't on them every other day but today was even worse. The human hunt that they joyfully celebrated for being put to an end had returned and now they were about to be turned into animals ready to be hunted for points and for a fun past time for the vampires.
