The council asked Richard Potu to calm down and sit. Another council member remarked, "You don't have to worry about our time, Richard. We know how to do our job."
Liam then asked for a drone to broadcast his view to the council screen, and the council agreed. A drone came and sat on Liam's shoulders, screening the document on the screen.
