It did indeed unnerve Cades, his very heart seemed to almost scream as he heard the being resembling a rock amidst the waves break him down, as if it had been picked up and thrown at him, as if that was just how he was going to go down, fearing for the man to reveal himself as something disgusting, some abomination that came from a child's worst nightmares, just like the other beings surrounding him, just like this place which he had stopped thinking about for a bit but now returned to, fearing his own mind as he came back to it.
