In the Chemical Factory Workshop No. 1, the bizarre lantern flowers emitted a faint orange glow. The blood-red patterns on them continually flickered, while the black chemical pool beneath remained silent, hiding countless pseudohuman bones under the water.
The workshop was extremely quiet, with large metal configuration vessels hanging high. The mechanical arms linked to the hoist of the built components held a specially made silver explosive device silently glimmering with green light. Below, in the underground storage tank area, dozens of large silver cans were stored, and a pungent chemical odor mixed with the smell of decaying blood permeated the workshop.
The pseudohumans in the town had sensed the dangerous aura, and it seemed to have also been perceived by presence under the lantern flower, which grew brighter and flickered more intensely.
The entire chemical factory was enveloped by torrential rain, the sky as dark as night.
