He picked up one of the vials, which contained an orange-yellow substance, and introduced it to the General Sect Leader: "This one is the B522 series of neurotoxin, which I call Dusk Lover, or Twilight. Its effect is to dull the mind and reactions, induce dementia, numb the body, and leave the person unconscious. It's similar to a vegetative state."
