The moment the thought crossed his mind, his body began to act. He raised both hands in front of his chest and activated a chakra refining technique. Blue chakra began to gather between his palms, slowly condensing into a small glowing sphere.
It grew steadily, pulsing with power.
From nearby, Killer Bee, now in his small Tailed Beast form, watched in disbelief. His wide eyes were filled with shock.
"What is this?" he muttered.
"He's actually mimicking a Tailed Beast… and forming a Tailed Beast Bomb?"
His sensory instincts confirmed it, the chakra being compressed into that blue ball was no less than the chakra in his own Tailed Beast Bomb. The terrifying part? He needed the chakra of the Eight-Tails within him just to pull this off.
But the man before him… was human.
How could a human possess such monstrous chakra?
Both the black Tailed Beast Bomb in Killer Bee's mouth and the masked man's blue chakra sphere were growing by the second. Unable to wait any longer, Killer Bee launched his attack, firing his black Tailed Beast Bomb straight toward the masked opponent.
At the same time, Ryosuke had finished forming his chakra sphere.
It was his first attempt, slightly unrefined, but this small blue ball contained an immense concentration of chakra. If it exploded, the result would be devastating.

The entire island shook violently.
Inside the base on the island, even the Hidden Cloud Village ninjas staggered from the tremors, their expressions turning grave.
"What just happened?"
"Did Killer Bee lose control?"
"Impossible! He's a perfect Jinchuriki. He's trained for two years, he wouldn't lose control!"
"We need to check it out. That's the only way to find out what's going on."
One by one, the Cloud ninjas rushed outside. But as soon as they stepped out, they were stunned by the distant smoke cloud rising high into the sky.
"What the hell…?"
"Is Killer Bee testing the Tailed Beast Bomb?"
"Even if he wants to test it, couldn't he go out to sea?!"
Seeing the explosion, they naturally assumed it was the work of their Eight-Tails Jinchuriki. A blast that powerful could only be the result of a Tailed Beast's ultimate move.

Using the aftermath of the explosion as a distraction, Killer Bee had fled.
Before escaping, he warned the island's ninjas to alert the village and request backup. Only the Fourth Raikage, Ai, could handle this.
Like Bee, A had intensified his training after the war with Konoha. He should be stronger now.
But that man, Uchiha Madara, was simply terrifying.
He hadn't even revealed much of his power… and yet the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and artificial Tailed Beast Bomb had already shocked Bee to his core.

Outside the base, the Cloud ninjas spotted Killer Bee approaching in a rush, ash-covered and out of breath.
They called out, "What happened?!"
Slowing down, Bee shouted, "Uchiha Madara wants to take the Tailed Beast from my body! Call the village for backup, NOW!"
With that, he shot off toward the sea. If he could dive into the ocean, he might still have a chance to escape.
The Cloud ninjas were stunned.
"What did he say?"
They looked at each other, confused.
"Uchiha Madara?"
Only a few began to grasp what Bee meant. But their heads throbbed just thinking about it.
'Uchiha Madara? Could he really mean that Uchiha Madara, the so-called Asura of the Shinobi World?'
'Wasn't he… dead? A dead man wants to steal the Eight-Tails?'
'Impossible.'
They began to suspect that Killer Bee had lost his mind, until they saw a figure in black robes and a white mask speeding past in pursuit of him.
Only then did the truth sink in. That man… might really be Uchiha Madara.
Terror surged through them. They rushed back into the base and immediately sent a message to the Fourth Raikage.
"Uchiha Madara has attacked Killer Bee and is attempting to take the Eight-Tails."
Meanwhile, Ryosuke, the masked man, had decided it was time to act seriously.
Killer Bee had already alerted the village.
He opened a space-time portal and stepped through, arriving directly at the seashore. Behind a large boulder, he waited quietly.
Killer Bee, after desperately racing across the island, reached the shore, hope flickering in his eyes. Once he reached the sea, with his breath-holding ability, he'd have a real chance of escaping.
