Horan hurriedly pulled down her skirt that had ridden up and tried to smile nonchalantly at Hugo.
"I had something to discuss with Mr. Chae about our Wan... I just came to see him briefly, so please keep this a secret from your father and the CEO, okay?"
Hugo simply stared at Horan indifferently, not feeling the need to respond.
"I just don't want to worry them unnecessarily."
"How considerate of you."
Hugo finally replied with a sneer. His foolish father might not know, but as far as Hugo knew, Horan had never been faithful to his father for even a moment.
Horan's face reddened at Hugo's mockery, and she began to move.
"Mr. Chae, I'll see you again next time."
"I'll contact you as things progress."
Horan hastily left Dominic's office. Even in that brief moment, she didn't forget to give Sophia, who was standing by the door, a cold look. Sophia, in turn, met Horan's gaze with a contemptuous glance.
