Shentu Jing placed the food on the table in front of her, setting everything in place.
"Shentu Jing.... You are not hungry?" She wanted to ask something but then decided not to.
"No, you eat. I'll just watch you," he plopped his chin up on his palm and gazed at her lovingly.
"I can't eat if you keep looking at me like this," Qin Zhuzhu turned the other side to avoid that heated gaze.
"Alright. I'll go to bed first," Shentu Jing stood up, and strode to the couch.
At midnight, when Qin Zhuzhu was about to sleep, she cast a glance at the man on the sofa.
Something pulled her towards him, her legs moved on their own and in the next second, she was squatting beside him.
Qin Zhuzhu ran a finger along his thin lips, then to the bridge of his nose and along his eyebrows. Sanya was right; she was smitten by him.
Should she accept him....? Or.....?
