(Third Person POV)
[Harrenhal, Some Years Ago]
"L-Lord Drakken....." Maegelle walked out to the balcony of her chambers, seeing that Drakken was sitting on a chair, "What is wrong?"
It was nighttime, besides Drakken a torch was lit and illuminating the balcony where he sat. Maegelle was wearing her nightgown and was asleep. She felt tired and her entire body was sore due to her intimate time with Drakken, who didn't seem to be fatigued.
"Hm." Drakken looked at her, "What is it?"
Maegelle walked up to him, seeing that he had an open box on his lap, "I....I figured you would be in bed..." She said softly, "With me..."
Drakken smirked slightly, "Oh?" He said, "Do you wish for me to be besides you, holding you tightly as you sleep with your face against my chest? Say the word and that can happen."
Maegelle blushed, "Well...." she said as she looked at the box, "What is that?"
Drakken looked at it, "Oh, this?" He asked, "A little something I cooked up."
Inside the box, there was what looked like ground mineral, turned into blue dust. Drakken scooped some of it into his hand and placed the box on the floor. He then reached for a small ceramic planter that had soil on it.
"What is it....?" She asked
"This is what I call.....well, I don't know what to call it. It's a mineral I formed by using my sorcery...you don't want to know how I did it." Drakken said as he poured the dust on the soil, "The effects on it are quite nice. This blue one in particular.....watch...."
Maegelle then watched as a seedling sprouted from the soil and it emitted a slight glow.
"What?" She asked with surprise, "How....?"
"It acts as both a fertilizer and an accelerant agent." Drakken explained, "I created solely to accelerate the growth of my knock-off dwarfsbane."
"D-Dwarfsbane?" Maegelle frowned
"Oh, right. The Dwarves of this world are just human with a genetic defect." Drakken said, "In mine, Dwarves are an actual mortal race. They were skilled Artificers and Mountain Kings, who had advanced magic. They were notorious drunks who loved to abuse substances....but they were also quite formidable warriors and sorcerers...they rivaled the Elves. Well, they created this plant....that was later known as Dwarfsbane, which when prepared properly, it will act as a drug. The plant that I created here is a knock-off, as close to the original version. It gives me a nice high, but nothing compared to the real thing."
"Right...." Maegelle said as she looked at the plant, "The thing you smoke on your pipe."
"Correct." Drakken said, "The Blue Dust is that, a fertilizer and accelerant. It makes any plant grow more rapidly and with a magic kick. It is quite special. That's the blue one...."
He reached for the box, where there was another section of the ground dust, this one was red in color and he scooped that in his hand as well.
"This...." He said, "Red Dust....was also a mineral created by me."
"What does that do?" She asked
Drakken pulled her towards him, sitting her on his lap as he showed her the small pile of red dust on her.
"It was made from my Blood Sorcery." He said, "It attacks the blood of anything it touches and repairs nearly anything that it sees wrong. Quite the potent thing....if I do say so...."
"What?" She asked, "A healing dust?"
"In its pure form, it could be fatal." Drakken said, "Inhaling something like this would cause your blood to multiply, causing it to burst through your bones. Right now, it is harmless.....I added a special spice to it to neutralize the potency of its effect. However...mix it with some other chemicals to create an ointment and it could heal a wound quite effectively."
"Oh." Maegelle said softly, "That...."
Drakken had a small cup of a clear liquid on the table next to him. He then poured the dust into the liquid and with a small spoon, he stirred the contents, mixing the liquid together and creating a thick red liquid.
"Making contact with this agent.....which, again....I created...." Drakken said, "The dust doesn't dissolve but instead it thickens and expands, giving it a much fluffier texture."
"Interesting...." Maegelle said, "That can be used on wounds? They will heal?"
"Using a mortar and pestle, combine that with some herbs that I grew myself...." Drakken said, "And they will create a very useful ointment. It will attack any infected area, no matter the severity. Now, it could be painful...but in the long run....it will be beneficial."
"I see... " She said as she looked back at him, "Why are you showing me this?"
Drakken kissed her shoulder, "You're going to the Citadel, no?" He asked, "That was the deal. I am going to teach you some techniques that will aid you greatly. There is a Tea that I crafted....using the Blue Dust and a mixture of the Red and a certain spice, It can restore vigor and energy quite effectively. I call it the Rejuvenation Tea. It is very handy. You might need it for your ventures, keeps you awake. Be careful, take too much of it and it will bloat you. But other than that, it is completely harmless."
"Lord Drakken....." She said softly, "You....mean it? You are willing to teach me...this....?"
Drakken gently ran his hand through her hair, "Of course." He said with a smile, "For you..."
"Anything...."

[Sunspear, Back To The Present]
Drakken scattered the Blue Dust in front of him, standing over a small patch of sand that was in the courtyard of the castle.
"Is this....the reason you wanted Dorne?" Elia Martell asked, "To spread that here?"
"In a way...." Drakken said, "You met the Desert God, no?"
Elia nodded slowly, "Yes." She said, "A terrifying beast...."
"The Desert God's goal is to spread the minerals and spice that creates the Blue Dust...." Drakken said, "Something that would prove rather useful. The arid and harsh climate will help in its biological process to produce said resources. It will traverse the entire area and spread it all over Dorne....and afterwards, it can be extracted...."
"Why?" Elia asked, "Do not take this the wrong way, but can you not make it yourself?"
"Takes too long." Drakken said, "The Desert God is the faster way....I placed two Dragon Hearts in it. One to power its massive body and powers.....and another to help fuel the production of the minerals and spice..."
"All of this...." Elia looked down, "Was for that...?"
Drakken nodded, "Yes." He said, "But worry not....this is good for your people...."
"They will benefit greatly from it."
