Aquaman had always been a force to be reckoned with, a ruler of the seas, protector of Atlantis, and one of the founding members of the Justice League. However, after the crushing defeat of the League at the hands of Raven, he knew there was little he could do alone against the might of the Futa Goddess. Still, his loyalty to Atlantis and his people drove him to act, despite the insurmountable odds.
He had barely escaped the overwhelming power of Kyla-El and Diana during the League's downfall. As they fought and bent others to Raven's will, Aquaman slipped away, retreating to the safety of the oceans. He hoped to regroup, gather his people, and forge a new resistance against the cosmic queen.
But he should have known that nothing escaped Raven's gaze.
Deep within the underwater kingdom of Atlantis, Aquaman paced anxiously in the royal chambers. His wife, Mera, stood by his side, her fierce gaze fixed on him. "Arthur, we can't just sit here and wait for her to come. We have to act. We have to fight!" Mera's voice was strong, but there was an undercurrent of worry that couldn't be ignored.
Aquaman nodded, his hand gripping his trident tightly. "I know, Mera. But we need to be smart about this. Raven is no ordinary foe. She's beyond anything we've ever faced before."
Mera opened her mouth to respond, but her words were cut short as the water around them began to ripple, the ocean currents shifting unnaturally. A deep, oppressive pressure filled the room, and Aquaman's heart sank as he realized what was happening.
"She's here," he whispered.
In an instant, Raven's astral projection appeared before them, her presence unmistakable. Even in this underwater kingdom, far removed from the surface, her divine aura pressed down on everything around her, bending the very water to her will.
"Arthur," Raven's voice echoed through the chamber, dark and seductive, yet filled with power that left no room for defiance. "You should know by now that there is no escape."
Aquaman stepped forward, standing tall despite the overwhelming pressure. His eyes narrowed as he raised his trident. "You won't take Atlantis. I'll die before I let you enslave my people."
Raven chuckled softly, her glowing eyes fixed on him with amusement. "Atlantis is already mine. Do you really think you can protect it from me? You may have escaped Kyla and Diana, but I allowed it. I wanted you to run. Now, you stand here alone, hoping to defy me? How noble… how foolish."
Mera's hand gripped Aquaman's arm tightly, her expression hardening. "We stand together. If you want to take Atlantis, you'll have to get through us both."
Raven tilted her head slightly, as if considering their words, but there was no fear in her eyes—only confidence. "Oh, I don't need to fight you, Arthur. The ocean itself is loyal to me now."
Before Aquaman could respond, the very water that surrounded them began to shift. The currents changed, swirling unnaturally around Raven as her divine presence bent the ocean to her will. The trident in Aquaman's hand felt heavier, almost as if the water itself was rejecting him.
"You think the ocean is yours to command?" Raven asked, her voice soft and dangerous. "It belongs to me now. Just like everything else."
Aquaman's grip tightened on the trident, but he could feel the truth of her words. The water no longer responded to him as it once did. His connection to the ocean had been severed, stolen by Raven's overwhelming power. BUT HOW? He didn't know, but one thing he felt from her was certain, it was as if he felt like he was living in someone's house paying rent but the landlord came knocking at the door. Is she the owner of Earth now?
"No!" Mera cried out, her own abilities struggling to control the water, but it was futile. Raven's presence was too great.
Aquaman lunged forward, his trident aimed directly at Raven, his strength fueled by desperation and love for his people. But before he could reach her, Raven's shadows surged forward, wrapping around him like tendrils of darkness. They tightened around his body, immobilizing him in place.
"Arthur, you are a king, a warrior, and I respect that," Raven said, her voice now softer, almost gentle. "But your fight is over. You belong to me."
Mera rushed toward him, her hands glowing with aqua magic, but Raven waved her hand, sending her crashing to the floor with ease. The Queen of Atlantis lay there, helpless, as Raven approached her king.
"You could have been so much more," Raven continued, her shadows lifting Aquaman into the air. "But you chose to defy me."
With a flick of her wrist, Raven summoned a vision of Kyla-El and Diana in Aquaman's mind—his former allies, now loyal servants of Raven, standing tall and proud by her side.
"You're not the first to stand against me, and you won't be the last," Raven said. "But in the end, everyone kneels."
Aquaman's body trembled under the weight of her power. His defiance slowly melted away as the reality of the situation settled in. He couldn't win. Atlantis couldn't win. Raven was unstoppable. His trident slipped from his grasp, falling to the ground with a dull thud.
Raven stepped closer, her eyes glowing brighter as she placed her hand on Aquaman's chest. "You will serve me, Arthur," she whispered, her voice both a command and a promise. "And in time, you will come to love it."
Aquaman's body tensed as Raven's divine energy flowed into him. The ocean, which had once been his ally, now responded to Raven's will, not his. He could feel the overwhelming power coursing through him, filling his every vein, and yet he was powerless to stop it.
"No…" he murmured weakly, but his resistance was fading fast.
Raven smiled, her hand trailing up to cup his chin. "Yes, you will, former king of the ocean."
With barely a surge of power, Raven's influence took hold. Aquaman's eyes glazed over as the last remnants of his will were stripped away, replaced with unwavering loyalty to his new queen.
But suddenly his will returned to him, as he began breathing heavily as if he were choking and fell to the floor as Mera moved to meet him.
"She can… she can… she can destroy wills. I almost became a soulless puppet." Aquaman said gripping at his chest tightly.
"But did I?" Raven's body now replaced her avatar as she moved to his throne to sit on, completely transforming it to something worthy of her being and darker.
'If I wanted mindless bodies doing as I told them there are spells for that and even now all I need to do is merely tell them or will it and it will happen to them. But there really is no fun in that. I have purposely cut off my senses from Gotham, I hope he truly brings something delicious for me to bite on.' Raven thought as she smiled softly to herself. She was really powerful now but she still hadn't stopped her attainment for higher power and waited for humanity's last hope at her to strike, a truly villainous and egotistic mindset from a futa goddess such as herself. Whether or not this will lead to the end of her story was a price she was willing to pay just for the pure live cinematic experience of it. But if he took too long she would get impatient and end it quickly.
Aquaman felt powerless when she passed and could only grit his teeth in frustration.
"Just kill me already!" Aquaman cried out.
"Weak." Raven commented lazily on her throne.
"Out of all the heroes, only the ones without superpowers actually put up a fight till the end even though Oliver's was rather foolish, you didn't hear him scream "Kill me" like a lil bitch boy now did you?" Raven mocked which only tore at his ego and will further.
"Even Batman is still plotting against me as we speak, he hasn't given up and yet here you are, with super strength and speed and all you can do is cry when the ocean is taken from you. Pathetic." Raven said as she was getting even more annoyed. She was just a normal human before getting here and she knew what a blessing it was just to have your physical stats be over ten times the strongest normal human on earth can output. The health benefits were insane! The feeling of confidence to walk into any situation, the feeling of true freedom in the wild knowing no beast on earth can threaten your sovereignty, only few can claim that feeling!
"Learn your place and bow before me." Raven said as she tried crossing her legs but she immediately stopped since she would be making her balls uncomfortable but spread her legs out evenly.
He fell to his knees before her, head bowed in submission.
Mera, watching helplessly from the ground, crawled to her husband's side, tears streaming down her face. She tried to fight, tried to pull him back, but Raven's power was too great.
Raven stood over them both, her expression one of satisfaction. "Atlantis will prosper under my rule. You will see that soon enough. Your people will live, but they will serve."
With a wave of her hand, the shadows lifted Aquaman and Mera to their feet. The pressure that had weighed down the room faded, leaving only the lingering presence of Raven's control.
"I will leave now but will return quickly. Now return to your kingdom," Raven commanded, her voice leaving no room for argument. "And prepare your people. The reign of the Futa Goddess has only just begun."
Aquaman and Mera bowed before her, as she teleported away in an instant.
As Raven appeared above the water, her smile widened. She had claimed the oceans, and with it, the last major resistance to her reign. Now, there was nothing left to stop her except whatever Batman was still cooking for her. More than half of the universe was hers and expanding, and soon, every corner of the universe would know her name.
