Dove had the kind of smile that was so big it looked like he could barely see. It just brought so much sunlight to an already incredibly sunny day in Miami. His smile stole the sunset because even though the sky was the most perfect shade of orange with pinks, I could have much rather stared at him.
His youth was magnetic and his innocence was like a lasso. It just wrapped around you and pulled you in.
I knew I shouldn't have been entertaining this. He was nineteen for crying out loud. If Pa and Pai found out I was out with someone Benecio's age they would have a heart attack. He was a teenager!
Yet he fit perfectly in my arms and the scent of him flooded my truck. His curly hair that stuck out at the sides of his head made him so adorable that he almost looked like a baby bull. That was what probably got me. The baby bull part.
