The first to act was Wanda.
Due to her tragic childhood, Wanda had an innate hatred for these kinds of flying bombs.
Whenever she saw one, her first instinct was to eliminate it immediately.
This time was no different.
Before the Kun-class fighter had even fully landed, Wanda had already taken off, soaring straight toward the missile carrying the mushroom bomb.
Meanwhile, Ultron sensed something was wrong and attempted to detonate the mushroom bomb early—but it was already too late.
Under the influence of Wanda's Chaos Magic, the preliminary detonation sequence of the mushroom bomb failed to trigger. Instead, the bomb was transformed into a duck egg, which plummeted from the sky, crashing dozens of meters deep into the ground.
At that moment, many people felt as though that chubby guy—who loved spending billions on launching useless skyrockets—had returned.
After all, the chubby leader had pulled similar stunts before, and people still remembered them vividly.
With the mushroom bomb crisis temporarily averted, everyone in South Korea who was aware of the situation breathed a sigh of relief—including the high-ranking officials hiding in underground bunkers, bracing themselves for the bomb's impact.
"Finally… it's over!"
"Quick! Go inform the boss! Tell him the good news—we can go out now!"
These people excitedly rushed toward the boss's VIP bunker, but after knocking for ages, no one opened the door.
The VIP bunker had been designed so that it could only be opened from the inside, ensuring the safety of those within.
If the people inside refused to open it, then even bombs wouldn't be able to blast the door open—after all, these bunkers were built to withstand mushroom bomb detonations. Their security was undeniable.
With no other options, the people outside kept calling for the boss while sending someone out to temporarily take over his responsibilities.
What they hadn't expected was that, inside the bunker, due to poor ventilation—and the fact that they had been burning paper offerings—the people within had succumbed to carbon monoxide poisoning.
They passed away peacefully.
Meanwhile, in the outside world, with Wanda making her move, the Female Avengers had officially begun showcasing their true power, letting the world know of their existence.
Among them, the most dazzling were Gwen Stacy and Mai Shiranui.
As the two leading figures of the Female Avengers, and Su Ye's official girlfriends, the duo not only charged into the front lines, but they also put on an aerial display that was nothing short of breathtaking.
Gwen fired her webs, anchoring them to the top of a skyscraper. Like a swing, she launched herself forward—and while in midair, she hurled Mai Shiranui even higher into the sky.
Mai flipped in midair, her body igniting with flames, before she dove straight down toward an airborne Iron Soldier.
Boom!
That Iron Soldier was instantly obliterated by Mai's ultimate move, the Flying Squirrel Dance. The charred remains of the soldier plummeted downward.
Before the soldier even hit the ground, Mai landed on its metallic body, using it as a springboard to launch herself forward once again.
As Mai ascended, Gwen had reached the end of her swing's momentum. While suspended in midair, she fired another web, aiming it straight at Mai.
Mai grabbed the web and, in midair, performed a giant aerial spin, swinging Gwen like a massive windmill.
Using the momentum of the spin and her agility, Gwen started stomping down on one Iron Soldier after another.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
A series of explosions echoed through the sky.
Gwen's strength was immense—after all, every Spider-Person had at least a double-digit ton-level of power. Every kick she delivered packed enormous force. Coupled with her sharp combat instincts, each step landed directly on the weak points of the Iron Soldiers.
With a single stomp, she could shatter the Iron Soldiers midair.
After completing a full aerial rotation, Gwen didn't let go of the web. Instead, she shot another one at an Iron Soldier flying above her.
Swish!
As the Iron Soldier flew forward, it dragged Gwen along with it—which in turn pulled Mai forward at high speed as well.
Just as the Iron Soldier realized something was wrong and tried to break free from the web, Gwen swung her arm, flinging Mai straight at the soldier.
"Dragon Flame Dance!"
As the flames died down, the Iron Soldier had turned to ashes—but Mai and Gwen, working seamlessly, had already launched toward the next wave of enemies.
Neither of them could fly, but by combining Gwen's web-based mobility with Mai's martial arts mastery, they had achieved infinite aerial combat mobility. Throughout the entire battle, neither of them had touched the ground—or even a rooftop.
Compared to those two high-difficulty action sequences requiring countless special effects, on the other side, Sharon Carter's scenes were less flashy but far more violent.
Once an ordinary person, Sharon Carter became a super soldier with powerful flame attacks and extraordinary regenerative abilities after being injected with the Perfect Extremis Virus.
Wearing a red-white-blue suit and wielding a shield, she was dubbed the "female Captain America."
In reality, it wasn't far off. As the female version of Captain America, even in terms of pectoral muscles, she was in no way inferior to the kiwi-like Captain America.
However, the shield wasn't Sharon Carter's only weapon. In her other hand, she held a long spear, resembling the ones used by medieval European knights, with an especially long spearhead.
With a shield in one hand and a spear in the other, Sharon Carter transformed into a fearless charging knight. After a brief sprint, she leaped towards the incoming army of Iron Soldiers.
With a running start, Sharon Carter's jump reached an astonishing height of over ten meters, reminiscent of Captain Carter from the What If...? series.
While airborne, Sharon Carter twisted her waist and spun, hurling her shield toward the leading Iron Soldier.
Bang!
The triangular shield smashed directly onto the Iron Soldier's head, cracking it open and severely damaging it. Then, at an unexpected angle, it rebounded diagonally and struck the second Iron Soldier.
Bang!
The second Iron Soldier was no luckier than the first. Though it dodged the hit to the head, its chest reactor was pierced, causing its eyes to instantly go dark as it lost power and plummeted to the ground.
At this moment, the shield flew out once more.
Bang!
The third one, the fourth one!
The shield continued its rampage, taking down five Iron Soldiers before getting lodged in the mechanical frame of the sixth one, finally losing its momentum and stopping its rebound.
At that moment, Sharon Carter had already charged forward. As she grabbed her shield with one hand, her other hand drove the spear straight through the reactor of the Iron Soldier.
Then, stepping on the falling body of the Iron Soldier, Sharon Carter propelled herself into the air.
The sky was densely packed with Iron Soldiers.
Using her exceptional jumping ability and keen judgment, Sharon Carter maneuvered through the swarm of Iron Soldiers as if she were stepping on platforms in a game of whack-a-mole, soaring higher and higher.
Wherever she passed, the Iron Soldiers she stepped on tumbled to the ground like kites with broken strings.
When this scene was broadcast across the ocean, Captain America was utterly stunned.
At that moment, he suddenly felt unworthy of the title "Captain America."
On the screen, the woman wielding a spear and shield, tearing through Iron Soldiers to the point that even Ultron wouldn't recognize them, and whose pectoral muscles far surpassed his own, seemed far more deserving of the title.
But what he didn't know was that this title held no appeal for Sharon Carter.
Compared to being Captain America, Sharon Carter was more interested in becoming the wife of a Dragon Nation man.
Unfortunately, the competition to become a Dragon Nation wife was far greater than that for Captain America. Ahead of her, there were already five, six, seven, or even eight women waiting in line for their turn.
Who knew when it would finally be her turn?
So, compared to being a Dragon Nation wife, the position of Dragon Nation's female secretary seemed more suitable and far simpler for her.
While the flashy Gwen, Mai Shiranui, and the powerful and heroic Sharon Carter showcased their prowess, on the other side, Black Widow chose to show the world the romantic side of technology.
The enormous Gundam stood tall on the battlefield. It seemed like this steel colossus was appearing on Earth, in a human warzone, for the very first time.
Unfortunately, the wasteland dwellers, who were once obsessed with and revered mechas and even created the concept of mobile suits, had mostly disappeared.
Otherwise, just the mere sight of the Gundam standing there, even without doing anything, simply striking a few poses, would have been enough to make them so excited they would lose control of their bodily functions.
The Widow was growing more and more fond of this Gundam. Every time she sat inside, she would recall those days in Jotunheim.
As the Gundam sped across the frozen landscape, Su Ye piloted it with a serious expression, while the Widow, with a seductive look, was "piloting" Su Ye.
That scene replayed countless times in the Widow's dreams. Every time she recalled it, her heart would surge with indescribable excitement.
"I really want to pilot a Gundam with Uncle Su again!"
This thought had crossed the Widow's mind countless times.
In the past, her greatest wish was to overcome her physical defects and become a complete woman.
But now, her biggest wish was to take maternity leave.
In her mind, Su Ye had the ability to put her into a "maternity leave" state.
Unfortunately, despite many attempts, none had yielded results.
Su Ye was strong. The Widow knew this well—not only in terms of ability but also physically, something she had personally experienced.
But the problem was, no matter how powerful the attack, if there were no results, it was still frustrating.
In the Widow's view, if she could be the first to take maternity leave, her position would be firmly secured.
At that point, no matter how fiercely Gwen and Mai Shiranui fought, she could rely on her status as a mother, sit back, and watch the drama unfold from a comfortable position.
Westerners have a peculiar attitude toward marriage—they treat it like a game, getting married and having children as soon as they like each other, then divorcing at the slightest disagreement.
In American movies, almost no main character had a happy family.
Divorced parents, single moms—it was never a complete family.
It seems like a harmonious, happy family doesn't qualify to be the protagonist of a story.
That's hard to believe.
If they truly cared about their children, they wouldn't treat marriage so casually. After getting divorced, they act as if they care deeply about their kids—what a performance!
It's all just for show, pretending they still have a conscience, pretending they're not completely selfish.
In reality, in a world that prides itself on individual heroism, the only person they truly love is themselves. Blood ties and family bonds mean nothing to them.
Anyone who believes otherwise is a fool.
Everything they do is just for fleeting pleasure, for that brief moment of satisfaction.
The Widow grew up in this kind of social environment, and her worldview aligns with this logic.
But the problem is, she isn't a normal woman—she is missing something, something that would allow her to become a mother.
That's how people are. Only after losing something do, they learn to treasure it.
The Widow lost her ability to bear children and could never be a complete woman, so she desperately longed to become a mother—to have a love that could lead to a family. Even if she couldn't form a family, she at least wanted to experience the warmth of something like it.
From Su Ye, the Widow felt all of this.
How to put it… This man was affectionate—alright, a bit too affectionate—but at least he was consistent in his affections.
Specifically, whenever he was with a woman, his feelings were sincere, and he never did anything that would make her uncomfortable or unacceptable.
And to Widow, that was enough.
As long as, when he was with her, he truly liked her—that was enough.
So, a situation like Gwen and Mai Shiranui's—where they became friends and then, one day, both became "friends" with Su Ye—was something the Widow couldn't quite accept.
She preferred being inside the cockpit of the Gundam, in that small, enclosed space where it was just the two of them.
Whether the Gundam was flying, running, or performing tactical maneuvers like rolling and jumping, as long as the two of them were strapped tightly into their seats, that was the best arrangement.
To Widow, that space was like the ice chamber to Xu Zhu, or the moonlit well to Duan Yu—her most romantic memory.
So, to relive that intimacy, Widow obeyed Su Ye's orders without question.
The 20-meter Gundam, wielding a 40-meter greatsword, entered the battlefield in full Musou mode.
With no Outer Path Golem on this side, the demolition job could only be done by the Gundam.
