The spider stand on top of Yuriel, crushing her with its weight. Kim could do nothing but run toward her.
"Stop, don't kill her! Kill me instead!"
The spider didn't listen, it slowly pressed its legs onto Yuriel. Kim raised both of his arm,
"Stop, stop!"
He closed his eyes, he didn't want to see the person that save him dying. Kim felt a twitch from his left arm, magics begin surging inside of it. It move in a inverted spiral which then build up.
Fire magics with little bits of traces of Vas Allen mana infused in it. It came out of Kim pointy finger and hit the spider, scorching it a little. Kim could felt his arm throbbing in pain, it felt like he was putting his hand on top of a volcano but instead of burning away and evaporating, he could felt all the burning sensations.
He grabs his left arms and tightly squeeze it but the pain remains. He screamed out in agony as he see little bits of his arm scorching away.
His arm looks normal but Kim could feel as if his arms have shot off and he could feel all the pain of it, every lasting pain, down to the very atom.
"These voices in my head aren't helping, argh. My arm hurts ack-"
Kim kneel down in pain, his left arm twisting from the inside. The spider faces screamed out in pain, it groans desperately wanting to die. Kim attack manages to wake up the faces on the spider backs.
"Help!"
"Kill me!!!"
"Kill this spider!!!"
The spider were angry, it has woken up all of the victims face, after it took a long time to silent them.
The spider put all of its focus on Kim who couldn't even run if he wanted to, the pain spread throughout his body, every little movement harbors some burning sensation.
Yuriel slowly placed her right arm on the ground, pushing herself off the ground. She breathe heavily, the forces of dying weigh drowned her entire body.
Blood covered her entire faces, blinding her. Despite not being able to see, she could feel the spider and walked toward it.
"You're strong— Kim! I'm sorry for being weak…"
Yuriel leaps into the air, raising her right hand up, she clenches it into a ball.
"Huff, huff. Feel the punch of the burning sun…" she mutter.
She charged her flaming punch down onto the spider, little ashes splits up from the fire transformed to a glowing star, it surrounds and revolves it self around Yuriel fists, her gauntlet.
She heard the voices again calling and begging for help as she came into contact with the spider.
"Save me!"
"Please kill this spider…"
Yuriel fist came in contact with the spider top body. Her mind went blank, she froze in that position for a second before saying something.
"Vertical… star…"
The flames near the gauntlet transformed to a star shaped, it spiral around a bit before straightening up in a vertical line. The punch created a huge explosion, blasting all the crimson flower away.
The impact from the punch created a huge piller of flame, destroying the fleshy wall top ceiling and creating a hole in it, and in the center of the spider body. The hole continues down into a endless pit.
Yuriel body stumped and falls down to the ground, she somehow got backs up and walked towards Kim, her legs was trembling yet she continued to walk.
"Kim… please-"
Yuriel stop in her tracks, it wasn't her choice but her body that stop moving.
"Move body, move!!!"
Kim looks up at Yuriel, he could see that her body was shaking and ready to fall. Mist of the pain ease up a bit but he could still feel the burning pain inside of him.
Kim struggles to lift his left arm, he looks at it for a second before biting on it. His teeth gritted against his skins, his mind is now focus on the biting rather than the fire sensation within him. The biting from his left arm reduces the burning sensation by a little.
He slowly but gradually pull himself off the ground. Dragging his entire body toward Yuriel.
"She looks like she about to fall. I got to get to her…"
Kim speeds up a bit, with every inch of movement, the burning pain scourge inside him but he ignore its and continues walking.
Just as Yuriel is about to fall over and collapse, Kim manages to grab her on time. He held onto her tightly before helping her stand.
"You okay?"
Kim ask Yuriel, she give a faint smile and nods.
"Yep… I'm good. Kim, put me down, I'll only hold you back… Find your friends."
Yuriel continues to speak but Kim looks at her with a sadden expression, he shooks his head, declining her request.
"No, you have to find Uma and apologize to Vas."
Kim put her arms over his shoulder, they took a few steps before resting.
"Huff, Huff. I don't know how much I can block the hole in my body… I'm losing mana every second."
Kim puts Yuriel down, he stood up abruptly and started walking toward the dead spider body.
As Kim was gone, Yuriel heard a faint voice, many voices in the breeze of the wind.
"You kill that monster, thanks!"
"We're free… I'm free!"
"Thank you! Wish you for the best."
Many more voice came from the shackles souls, they thanks Yuriel as they passed on. Yuriel smile and waved at them.
"Ha… you're welcome…"
Some of the flower begins to wither away, the red crimson flower was no more, it was charcoal yet the petals flew in a circle yet still remained.
She closed her eyes to rest for a moment before Kim comes back, without realizing, she begins falling asleep.

Yuriel wakes up due to a scent of smell coming from her direction. She leaned towards the direction the smell was coming far, it wasn't far, she just have to turn around.
Kim was sitting near a bonfire, cooking or frying something. The thing Kim appears to be frying was strange, the meats look rubbery and tough to chew, not something that look appealing but the smell coming from it is nice.
"Kim, what are you frying up? And how did you manage to starts a fire."
Kim froze for a bit and handed Yuriel a piece of cooked meat, she thanks him.
"For the fire thing right, funny story. When I came to check on you, you were murmuring something and once I got in contact with you, you somehow shot a spell towards me which then I used the remaining flower as fuel."
Yuriel took a bite of the meat, just like she thought, it was rubbery and it didn't taste good but she wasn't complaining, haven't eaten in a few day, almost anything will taste good.
"And the meats? Where did you get it from."
Kim has a looks of not wanting to tell but he shouldn't keep it a secret, looking down at the ground, he pointed toward the dead spider body.
"I'm not proud of myself, I don't what I just did but I just want to save you, anything… I may have lost my mind…"
Yuriel looks at Kim, stunned by what he just says, she drops the meat that Kim gave to her.
Kim staring at the frozen Yuriel. He raises his shoulder and hands.
"I mean, at least we're not dead, well me because yea… it's food atleast…?"
Kim chuckles a bit but seeing as Yuriel didn't, he stops. Yuriel got ups to check, all meats from the spider legs have been ravaged but the body is still intact.
"Yea, I only skin the legs not the body…"
Yuriel sighed in relief. Looking at Kim, she went back to the fire and sat down.
"Welps, at least you didn't skin the back of the spider…"
Kim shooks his head.
"No, no. There was people faces and demon faces. So many face, I can't and I won't!"
Yuriel grabs the meats and started eating, Kim sat across from her.

After finished eating, Kim put the fire out. Standing up, he sees that Yuriel is still sitting.
"Uhh, should we rest a bit more?"
Yuriel with her amethyst eye, pleaded Kim to carry her as her legs has fallen asleep, she couldn't feel it.
Kim at first decline but after a few more begging, gives in. He walked toward Yuriel and tried to princess carry her, managing to lift her up a bit. He took two step forwards and falls over, along with Yuriel.
"I'm not that heavy!"
Yuriel says but Kim shooks his head.
"It's not that, it just that I am extremely weak."
Due to the falling, Yuriel could feel her legs again, she jumps up and stretched a little.
"Kim, you're okay?"
Reaching out her hand to help Kim, Kim grabs it but he still felt a little bit of pain. As he got onto his feet, he begins walking ahead, Yuriel could sees that he was wobbling.
The throbbing pain was uncomfortable for Kim but he have to moved or else they would not be going anywhere. Just then Kim could feel his legs off the ground, in fact his entire body.
He looks up to see Yuriel princess carrying him instead. She easily picks him up with no problem.
"Uhm- Yuriel, why are you carrying me. And in a way where my masculinity is heavily damaged."
Yuriel lets out a few giggles before speaking.
"Kim, I could see that you're hurt and that you haven't rested yet."
"But you're hurt yourself-"
Yuriel managed to shush Kim and told him that's she was going to be okay.
"I'm surprised that the fire plugs manage to still block the hole in my body, just rest in my arms."
"But… this feel uncomfortable and from the looks of other people, it would look sad and pathetic-"
Yuriel ignores him and continues walking.
"She's ignoring me now… welp can't argue with that. But earlier, I shoot something out of my left finger… somehow I can't do the same thing weird… I must learn it though I was in agony after using it… I think."
Kim thought to himself. He stares at Yuriel and wonders what she was thinking.
"Hmm, it's strange that I felt no mana from Kim yet he was able to shoot out magics, eh not my business."
Yuriel thinks to herself as she slowly started skipping, Kim could do nothing but rest on her arms.
"I just lost so many auras."
He mutters in shame, covering his face with both of his hands.
