"You know Totorot's situation," Aoko said in Londinium's reception room, facing the troubled Morgan. "She's a fairy who can't find meaning in Britain, so she should enter my Ark World to ease her existential pressure."
"I'll take Totorot, Baobhan Sith, Artoria, Pepe, through imaginary submersion to the Queen's Calendar," Aoko added, "and of course, the previously promised Mash. We'll meet again in about 2,400 years, and I'll help you solve the remaining problems then."
"I'll stay," Artoria suddenly said. "I'll stay with her, and accompany her through these 2,400 years."
Morgan was surprised, wanting to persuade Artoria not to stay, but also longing for someone to share this hard time, feeling conflicted.
"Are you sure?" Aoko wasn't too surprised but stared at Artoria for a while. "You can still use your Saint Graph, but now you have a physical body. If you force yourself through 2,400 years—"
"As long as Avalon is with me, I'll be fine," Artoria smiled. "Avalon will preserve my body and mind, so even after 2,400 years, I'll still be me."
"Alright, if that's what you want," Aoko sighed. "But you should keep Melusine with you—there are too many uncontrollable factors in Fairy Britain. If anything happens, Melusine needs to grow into a reliable fighter quickly."
"She's working hard," Morgan said. "She's gradually adapting to her new body and becoming stronger."
"Name her, like Totorot," Aoko said. "Until Melusine finally soars with white wings, keep her in fairy form to avoid corruption."
"...I understand," Morgan nodded. "My memory contains the necessary magecraft. I'll make her armor with lake water to counteract rot with the concept of flow."
After making arrangements, Aoko took the important fairies who couldn't survive 2,400 years into the Ark World.
This included Black Knight Ector, Baobhan Sith, Totorot; among humans, Mash Kyrielight and Pepe. Mash got along well with Pepe and often chatted with him about Chaldea.
Aoko didn't take more people—nor was it necessary.
A typical example was Sage Grimr—an Odin-possessed fairy—who refused Aoko's invitation, even knowing his body would likely die in the next four centuries. He had his own goal: to ensure this Lostbelt didn't affect other timelines.
On departure day, everyone gathered atop Londinium's tallest building to say goodbye.
Aoko held the Principle Blood Ring, studying it for a long time.
"...Is this a kind of magecraft?" Morgan asked after some hesitation. "Can I learn it?"
"It looks like magecraft now," Aoko shook her head, "but its material was originally the core of a Dead Apostle Ancestor. I killed it and turned the core into this magecraft."
"Pan-Human History is a strange place," Morgan sighed. "I hope to see it one day."
"That's easy," Aoko grinned. "Have confidence in Magician. Doing the impossible is our trademark!"
"Toneriko, take care of yourself!" Totorot said worriedly. "Don't always rush to the front—aren't there many who can fight with you?"
"You too, Totorot," Morgan replied with a smile. "I hope you'll use your real name when we meet again!"
"Hmph, finally a vacation," Ector took off his helmet, revealing thick, wavy hair. "These old bones can't take much more... Immortality, what nonsense."
"Alright," Aoko said, ready. "Let's meet again in 2,400 years!"
With that, the Principle Blood Ring floated upward, emitting a strong yet gentle light. Artoria squinted a bit. The light lasted about five seconds. When everyone's vision cleared, Aoko and those with her had vanished.
...
After Aoko's group left, Toneriko seemed like a different person.
She had become someone else. She abandoned her old name and became Morgan.
Using the Pan-Humanity's Throne of Heroes system, she granted named Saint Graphs to powerful coalition fairies, boosting their strength.
Melusine became Fairy Knight Lancelot. Artoria became Fairy Knight Arthur (dual summon, layered Saint Graph). Hero Wryneck became Fairy Knight Bedivere. They became the three strongest leaders of the coalition.
Now, as Queen Morgan, she led the three fairy knights and the coalition, cleansing the Fang, Wind, and Earth cities—leaving only obedient fairies, converting the rest into magical energy for her great spells.
The Mirror Clan immediately surrendered upon seeing the new coalition's might, while the Wing Clan, partially allied, fell into civil war. To test their loyalty, Morgan gave little help to her Wing Clan allies, but as most of them were skilled fighters, they easily defeated the anti-Morgan fairies and seized Gloucester.
Thus, except for Edinburgh ruled by Queen Mab of the Northern Fairies, all of Britain fell to Queen Morgan. The Autumn War of Fairy Calendar 400 ended, and peace returned.
But Morgan knew the curse to destroy the Lostbelt world was lurking in the shadows. She had to suppress all rebellious fairies, analyze the Fantasy Tree, and turn this Lostbelt into a proper world before the great disaster struck.
There was much to be done; time waited for no one.
