Theron Aurelius hovered in the air, his armor glowing with rage.
He stared down at the lone figure standing atop a shattered bridge: Liora Luxoria.
Below them, dozens of Aurelius soldiers marched forward.
Each one already fused with mid-tier Sovereign beasts.
Gorevile, Gravernox, and Moltrax.
Though not as powerful as the originals, they were still dangerous.
Each soldier had claws, drills, thickened bone plating, or molten armor infused into their bodies.
Glowing horns. Mutated limbs. Aura that screamed controlled violence.
A miniature battalion of monsters.
Theron raised one gauntleted hand, voice sharp and precise.
"Strike formation. Fan out. Target Liora Luxoria. Do not hold back."
He lowered his hand.
"Break her."
The army roared in unison.
Then charged.
Liora didn't move.
She simply let out a breath.
Her silver gauntlets expanded.
Twin light cannons formed across her arms.
Glowing silver flames rose from the ground around her.
