Zeus slowly laughed, and with a smile on his face, summoned his aura image behind his back.
A thunder-haired man with a bushy beard and a bolt of lightning in hand emerged from the thundercloud.
The man turned towards Kiernan while he wasn't looking and threw the bolt of lightning straight at him.
His senses warned him—Kiernan turned to look at the thunder-haired man, but before he could react, the lightning bolt hit his right leg.
It wasn't an actual lightning bolt, but only a manifestation of Zeus' aura, but it still made the pain in his leg spike dramatically.
"Argh!"
Kiernan gritted his teeth to swallow all the pain, and he quickly shielded himself with the black fortress, but Zeus only made his aura image disappear.
"Your right leg~ Is injured~ Hahaha."
Zeus teasingly laughed.
He intentionally didn't keep his voice low so that everyone near him could hear, and many turned to look at Kiernan's right leg.
