Sebastian watches Atlas faint from the pain, and Sebastian could feel his twinge of worry and pain. Although Atlas is completely obsessed with them, he has enough faith that he truly loves him.
He carefully set his sleeping man under the blankets, making sure he was comfortable and warm. If for some reason he didn't survive, he wouldn't forgive himself.
He settled himself under the blanket as well, and he wrapped his arms around his lover. He could see Atlas's body twitching in pain as the mating bond did its work, and he waited and watched for almost two hours.
After making sure Atlas was still breathing, he sighed a silent relief, and he thanked the heavens that he survived. He wouldn't know what to do if he didn't survive. He would be heartbroken if the man in his arms didn't love him fully, but he would be completely shattered to pieces if he died.
