After closing the letter, Naruto kept it safe before reaching the first scroll of the two in front of him.
After opening the blood seal on it, Naruto fully opened it with his eyes falling on the title.

"Isn't that the Sealing Techunique dad used that night?" Naruto said with slight dread in his voice.
Kushina's warning kept repeating in his head as he remembered what his dad used that night.
He heard Kurumi let out an uncomfortable whimper as she said: 'It is kit. I don't know what this jutsu is, but I felt its effect on me when it pulled me inside you. I felt as if an absolutely cold void touched my soul.'
Naruto wondered for a second before focusing back on the scroll.

Jutsu function and description:
The Dead Demon Consuming Seal is a Fuinjutsu technique developed by the Uzumaki clan that calls upon the power of the Shinigami to be used in the sealing process.

'Wait, wait, wait. Are you telling me that Minato used the Death god to seal me inside you?' Kurumi asked Naruto with shock and slight fear filling her voice.
Naruto didn't reply as he was too shocked to speak. How did the Uzumaki clan develop something like this? Whose idea was to use the Shinigami in sealing techniques?
He returned to look at the scroll, a knot forming deep in his stomach.

The caster of the jutsu uses the Shinigami to seal any target nearby into themselves or something or someone of their choice.
The Shinigami helps the Summoner seal the target's soul and chakra, leaving the target's dead body behind.
With the sealing completion, the summoner pays a very heavy price. While regular Jutsu consume chakra when used, this Jutsu's price is the summoner's life.
The souls of the summoner and their victim, if sealed in the summoner, do not pass on to the Pure Land; instead, they are trapped within the Shinigami's stomach, destined to fight each other for all eternity.

Naruto dropped the scroll on the table as he stood up before taking a back step away from the scroll, making his clones stop what they were doing and look at him, confused.
"What the hell is this?" Naruto said in a shaky voice
"What type of jutsu is this?" he said with a louder, shaky voice
"That isn't Fuinjutsu anymore, that is a self-sacrifice ritual." Naruto said, shaking his head.
"My dad?" Naruto said with trembling lips.
"Are you telling me my dad isn't with big sister Kushina in the pure land, but he is sealed alone in whatever hell the Shinigami's stomach is, forever?" Naruto said with a trembling voice as his body shook slightly, tears starting to well up in his eyes.
'I am sorry, Naruto.' came Kurumi's voice, comforting but with some guilt
Naruto fell to his knees, hands in his lap, tears flowing down his face. The clones looked at each other, confused and concerned, not knowing what to do.
"Prime, are you ok?" asked one of the clones in concern.
Naruto shook his head before saying with a tone full of sadness: "No, I am not. You are all done for today."
The clones looked at each other for a second before they started to pop one after the other in five-second intervals.
"Is it worth such a steep sacrifice, Dad?" Naruto muttered after the last clone disappeared
"You sacrificed your life, your afterlife, and left Mito orphaned, for what? In less than two days, you weren't even in your grave yet, the villagers, the same people you sacrificed yourself for their survival, attacked Mito and me in the same village you gave your life for." Naruto said with anger seeping into his voice.
"Shinobi are supposed to be selfish, Dad. Why such a selfless act?" Naruto said with a hollow tone
"Why that jutsu, Dad? Just why?" Naruto asked with a soft, sad voice.
Naruto sat there in the same position with a sad expression for more than an hour, his mind filled with thoughts, memories, and grief while looking at the scroll containing the jutsu that caused him a storm of different emotions.
"There is something that can be done to undo that. It should be. All jutsu have a way to counter them." Naruto said with some hope as he returned to the table.
'Naruto.' Kurumi called with a warning tone
'I know that you are deeply upset, but this is the death god you are trying to mess with.' Kurumi said
'I am not trying to bring Dad back to life. I want to set him free. Make him at least be dead in peace.' Naruto replied with a tone raw with emotions, making Kurumi go quiet, as he picked the scroll back up.
He read through the jutsu scroll, trying to find anything that would help him release the Jutsu, but no luck. All that was left in the scroll was additional descriptions for the Jutsu and a description of the Shingami itself.
After looking it over a couple of times, but finding nothing helpful, he closed it before resealing it and then reaching for the second scroll, hope diminishing, but still there.
After opening the second scroll, he found more history about the Uzumaki clan, other forbidden jutsu, and seals 'forbidden for excessive chakra consumption, even for a regular Uzumaki, nothing as horrible as the last jutsu'. There was also a part describing Uzumaki artifacts. It is where he found what he wanted, making his face brighten.

The Shinigami Mask 'Shinigami no Men'
A mask resembling the Shinigami's face can be found inside the Uzumaki Clan's Mask Storage Temple, located on the outskirts of Konohagakure, along with twenty-six other similar-looking masks that disguise it in plain sight. The mask allows the wearer to summon and control the Shinigami by allowing it to possess the user. This enables the user to perform Dead Demon Consuming Seal: Release.
Use may cause death for the user as it is required to have the user's stomach cut open so that it can be imitated by the Shinigami, thus completing the Dead Demon Consuming Seal: Release.

The solution is right there, back home, ready for him to come and collect it.
'You can't use that mask, Naruto. You may have an enormous vitality and healing factor, but you could kill us both. This is the Shinigami we are talking about.' Kurumi said with alarm in her voice
'Who said I am the one who is going to use the mask?' Naruto said with his Sharingan shining an ominous red light under his contact lenses.
'What is that supposed to mean, Naruto?' Kurumi shouted, horrified.
'Don't worry, Kurumi. I just need to find someone who deserves to die, control them through Genjutsu, and have them use the mask. The worse their crimes and bad deeds, the better it is for me and my conscience.' Naruto said, making Kurumi let out a long sigh of relief. For a second, she thought she had lost Naruto to the dark side. Affected by his sadness, she feared he would do something unforgivable.
Many would think that what Naruto wants to do is immoral, but some people in this world don't even deserve death. Their deeds are so bad that death is a merciful escape for them.
