True Buddha looked the same as ever, his gaze, however, remained fixed on the yellow sand as he said,
"Benefactor should not speak carelessly of such matters, the causality of an Immortal Position within the Heavenly Court is profound."
"If you can grant me Daoist enlightenment, can't I reward you with a little trinket?"
Gu Wen sat cross-legged on the ground, pinching the yellow sand in his hand. He could sense that compared to life and death, True Buddha was more wary of this object.
Since it was an ordination, he might as well accept it as a faithful dog.
He said in a joking tone, "This is my first time being a Saint, and there are many rules I don't understand. It seems that both you and the Heavenly Saint like to take people on as dogs."
"The Heavenly Saint has said, 'All creatures follow the Heavenly Rules and Earthly Laws in order, even Saints cannot defy them.'"
