Chapter 80 - I Need Your Help!!

Author-kun here.

Although this isn't something I wanted to post, I really don't have much of a choice anymore.

Recently, I've been receiving kind comments and support on my fics—and I'm really grateful for that. In fact, it's because of that support that I started to believe I could turn fic writing into something more than just a hobby.

I want to make this my main gig—my living. And I truly believe that fic writing has the potential to become a full-time career, not just for me but for anyone who puts in the work and heart.

That's why I opened my Patreon. But the truth is… I haven't been receiving any new patrons. And without that support, it's getting harder and harder to sustain myself solely through fic writing.

I have my own expenses to manage, and I also help take care of my family. It's becoming overwhelming.

If I don't receive more support soon, I might be forced to put fic writing on the back burner—at least until I'm able to support myself financially through other means. And that would mean fewer updates.

I'd only be able to write on weekends, probably pushing chapter releases down to about four chapters/month. I'm not saying I'd stop writing—no ofcourse not, because storytelling is something I love deeply, and I want to keep doing this—but the pace would slow down a lot.

So, I'm putting this out there: among the thousands of people who have my fics saved in their libraries, and the millions who have read them… if even a few of you are in a position to support me financially, I'd be incredibly grateful. Your help could truly make a difference in my life.

That said, please—I don't want anyone supporting me if it puts a strain on your own life or finances. If you have your own priorities or can't afford to help, that's totally okay.

Just leaving positive comments, giving powerstones, and leaving reviews also means the world to me. That kind of support will cause webnovel to promote my fics much more then it's currently promoting, which in turn would help me reach more people—and who knows, maybe from there, a few new patrons might find their way to me.

For you, it might seem like a small thing. But for me, it could change everything. Your support could help an ordinary guy like me chase his dream—of becoming a storyteller, of making a difference in the world, even if it's a small one.

Anyway, that's enough of me rambling. If you read all the way to the end, thank you for hearing me out.

Really. Thank you.
