"Hey~ How's it going? Have you found K423? Is the mission going smoothly?"
Fu Lin, "...."
Hearing this, Fu Hua slowly turned around and looked at the unconscious Kiana☆ lying on the ground.
Fu Hua gently squatted down, reached out to check Kiana☆'s pulse, furrowing her brows and replied gravely, "The situation is not looking good..."
--------------------------------------
Three days later, on the hospital bed, Kiana☆ slowly opened her eyes, greeted by a blinding white light, with a trace of confusion flashing in her eyes.
She tried to move her body, but was immediately assaulted by a heart-piercing pain like a tide, causing Kiana☆ to involuntarily gasp.
The pain felt as if her body had been torn into countless pieces, with every muscle and bone crying out in agony.
However, compared to the pain in her body, the figure she saw before losing consciousness concerned her more. Enduring the severe pain, Kiana☆ sat up and called out the name,
"Fu Lin!"
At this moment, a crisp and slightly teasing voice entered Kiana☆'s ears,
"Yo~ finally awake~ seems like you're recovering quite well!"
Kiana☆ looked toward the voice and saw a little girl with white hair and blue eyes steadily sitting on a huge golden cross.
The little girl was wearing a black nun outfit, with a faint, almost imperceptible smile on her delicate face, watching her with great interest.
Kiana☆ looked at the unfamiliar little girl, too anxious to think about who she might be, and blurted out, "Kid, have you seen Fu Lin?"
The moment she said this, Kiana☆ saw the girl's previously smiling face instantly darken, as if something had hit a nerve.
"Kid!"
Theresa shouted angrily, a flicker of anger flashing in her eyes. Then, with just a snap of her fingers, under Kiana☆'s surprised gaze—
The massive golden cross suddenly moved, shooting out four golden chains that flew toward Kiana☆ like lightning, firmly binding her limbs in an instant.
"Ah!"
With Kiana☆'s startled cry, Theresa nimbly leapt onto the footrail of the bed, looking down at the chained Kiana☆ with a hint of displeasure, saying,
"Who are you calling a kid? You little girl! My name is Theresa, the head of the Far East Branch of Schicksal."
However, before she finished speaking, Theresa seemed to recall something, her expression instantly softening. She leaned in slightly and gently asked,
"Using your real name and entering the Honkai zone without fear — were you hoping to be noticed by your father? Siegfried's daughter~"
Hearing this, Kiana☆ was initially surprised, but quickly regained her composure when thinking of the other's identity, calmly responding,
"You know my dad? Oh~ right, my dad is wanted by Schicksal. It's not surprising that the head of the Far East Branch knows him."
Upon hearing Kiana☆'s words, Theresa's cute little face showed a bit of surprise, her eyes instantly wide open staring at Kiana☆'s face.
Blinking, she slowly said,
"...That's not quite right~ As a Kaslana, you shouldn't be like this? Normally, you should be the simple-minded, brawny type."
Hearing this, Kiana☆ immediately protested loudly,
"Hey! Who are you calling dumb! I'm smart and clever, don't say such things about me!"
Standing on the side, Fu Lin couldn't help but laugh, placing his hands on his hips proudly, raising his head and chest while nodding in agreement,
"That's right, my Kiana☆ is very smart, of course, all thanks to me!"
Seeing this, Theresa helplessly waved her hand and said with a smile,
"Alright, alright, let's not talk about this for now. Actually, I've known your father for a long time, and I even know where he is now~"
However, Kiana☆ merely responded with a faint "oh," showing neither much interest nor surprise at this news.
Theresa couldn't hold back anymore. The calm image she had been maintaining instantly collapsed.
Frowning slightly, she complained with a hint of grievance,
"...Hey, at least cooperate with me a bit, show some urgency, that desperate look of wanting to know more!
You staying so calm and unmoved—what's with that? Aren't you curious where your father is?!"
Hearing Theresa's complaints, Kiana☆ looked completely puzzled, blinking as if not understanding why Theresa was so agitated.
Then, Kiana spoke, "Rather than my dad, I want to know where Fu Lin is. I want to see him immediately!"
Theresa stared at Kiana☆ with a face full of confusion, having no impression of the "Fu Lin" she mentioned.
Moreover, after carefully recalling the information she had, there was no mention of such a person.
Could the data be wrong?
Thus, Theresa's expression turned serious, and she solemnly asked,
"Fu Lin? Who is that? You kept mumbling his name while unconscious. Is he very important to you?"
Faced with Theresa's barrage of questions, Kiana☆ suddenly became incredibly quiet as if frozen by a spell.
She took a deep breath, slowly raised her head, and firmly asked again,
"He's very important to me. Who is the person who saved me? No matter what, I must see him!"
As these words came out, even Fu Lin, who had been a bystander the whole time, couldn't help but blush.
At this moment, Theresa placed a slender finger gently on her chin, eyes slightly rolling upwards as if trying to recall something.
After a long while, she finally spoke,
"Oh, let me think... hmm, you must be talking about Fu Hua, right? What's the matter, do you want to thank her personally for saving your life?"
Hearing the name "Fu Hua," Kiana☆, who had been agitated, instantly quieted down, softly repeating the name,
"Fu Hua?"
Seeing Kiana☆'s reaction, Theresa smiled and nodded, then leaned closer, almost touching Kiana☆'s face, speaking in a tempting tone,
"That's right, it's Fu Hua!
She's a famous A-rank Valkyrie at St. Freya Academy!
If you want to see her, it's actually not difficult. Just join our St. Freya Academy, and you can see her every day from now on!
How about it? Tempted?"
Kiana☆ looked at Theresa in confusion, tilting her head slightly and asked in a crisp voice,
"St. Freya Academy?"
Theresa smiled and explained,
"Yes, it's the world's only institution that trains warriors to fight against Honkai, namely Valkyries.
Oh, and your two friends Raiden Mei☆ and Bronya have already agreed to enroll~ Kiana-chan~"
Seeing Theresa's enthusiastic persuasion, Fu Lin couldn't help but twitch her mouth a little.
However, upon hearing that Mei☆ would also join St. Freya Academy, Kiana☆'s previously relaxed face instantly darkened, becoming somewhat unpleasant.
She clenched her fists tightly, as if trying to suppress some intense emotional turmoil within her.
But soon, as if a figure similar to Fu Lin suddenly appeared in her mind, her tense nerves slightly relaxed.
After a brief but fierce internal struggle, Kiana☆ finally gritted her teeth and said firmly,
"Alright, I'll join!"
Seeing this, Theresa smiled happily, signaled Judah to retract the chains, then nodded in satisfaction,
"That's a wise choice. Since that's the case, I'll personally train you to become a warrior capable of standing on your own.
Oh right, I even held you when you were little. You should call me Aunt."
...
Time goes back to one day ago...
In a sealed, dimly lit room, Mei☆ sat blankly on a narrow bed, as if her soul had been lost.
Her once beautiful face was now shrouded in endless sorrow, with a few uncontrollable tears slowly sliding down her cheeks and falling onto the cold floor with a faint, heartbreaking sound.
Mei☆ stared blankly at the hand that had just killed Fu Lin with her own hands, filled with indescribable pain and guilt, as if her hand was stained with blood that could never be washed away.
At this moment, the door was gently pushed open, and Himeko walked in from outside.
Seeing Mei☆ sitting there lifelessly, exuding a deathly aura, Himeko couldn't help but feel a trace of pity, though her face remained serious.
Himeko stared at Mei☆ and spoke gently, "Your friend Kiana☆ is out of danger."
Upon hearing this, a flicker of light flashed in Mei☆'s lifeless eyes, but quickly dimmed again, as she murmured almost inaudibly,
"Is that so? That's good. You can deal with me however you like now."
Looking at this girl who no longer cared about her own life, Himeko's expression darkened slightly, her voice carrying a bit of coldness,
"Kill you? Fine.
With one less Herrscher, the world might escape from the prophecy of destruction."
Upon hearing this, Mei☆ simply lowered her head and continued softly,
"I see… then that's fine. As long as I live, I will hurt others, so if I die…"
However, before Mei☆ could finish her desperate words, Himeko suddenly raised her hand and gave her a hard slap across the face.
A crisp "smack" echoed through the room, making one's heart tremble.
Himeko, full of anger, shouted furiously,
"Don't joke around! I am a warrior who fights against Honkai, not an executioner of young girls!
If you're going to give up so easily, then give your life to me, and let me train you to control your powers!"
Mei was stunned by the sudden slap but endured the burning pain on her cheek, slowly raising her head.
Her eyes were filled with tears, her lips trembling as she choked out, "So what? I can never forgive myself!"
As these words entered her ears, Himeko couldn't help but stare at the gaunt yet resolute girl in front of her.
The once lively eyes had lost their luster, replaced by deep despair and a longing for death.
Such determination shook Himeko to her core, leaving her standing frozen on the spot.
For a moment, silence filled the room, broken only by Mei☆'s low sobs that lingered in the air for a long time.
Himeko stood there dumbfounded, overwhelmed with emotion, not knowing how to respond. She silently opened her arms and gently pulled Mei☆ into her embrace.
As Mei☆ felt the kindness in Himeko's hug, the tears she had been holding back finally burst forth like a flood.
Unable to suppress her deep pain and grievance any longer, she cried her heart out.

Hello Everyone! LordIsland here!
The results of last week's poll are out:
Honkai Star Rail : 51 votes
Honkai Impact 3rd : 35 votes
Genshin Impact : 13 votes
Something Else : 17 votes
...
Based on the results, I'll be starting a new Honkai Star Rail Fanfic translation!
I'll try to search and find a good novel, and depending on the time it takes, I'll stockpile some chaps and start posting it by the next-to-next week or in max 3 weeks !!
...
I'll also try to see if I can find a good mash up of all 3 HSR, HI3rd and Genshin !
And another thing, for those of you who said me to try Arknights or Zenless Zone Zero, I'm sorry, I'm not up-to-date in the game content so if I try to do it, I make mix up some names or content while translating.
I'm not sure about the others but when I translate something I try to get the names and the details correct to a point 😅😅, so for now, no Arknights or Zenless Zone Zero translations
But if I find a mash up of HSR, HI3rd, Genshin & ZZZ or Arknights, will see in that case.
Hope for the best!
Anyway, signing off,
Have a good day/ night! ヾ(^▽^*)))
