After little more discussion, Sirius and Bill left alongside Hank, who decided to work together with them to gain more knowledge.
Back in the meeting room, Nova looked at everybody one by one and finally his gaze landed on Logan. The icon and loved character of X-Men, for him atleast.
Logan exhaled the smoke, and put away his cigar," So bub, ready to tell me abouty past? Besides what do you need for this information?"
Hearing this, everybody leaned forward as they are too curious about Logan's past and real age.
Nova smiled and his system interface appeared infront of him, slightly surprising those who witnessed it for first time.
He asked to Logan," So you just want information or do you want to regain your past memories?"
Logan frowned. While Logan was thinking, Nova slightly turned to look at Charles and raised his eyebrows.
He imagined that Chalres would give some suggestions or anything to Logan. But from his quiteness, it seems he doesn't want to meddle.
After thinking for sometime, Logan replied," I want my entire memories, from my childhood till now."
Nova nodded and tapped a few times on his system interface. After sometime he replied," So for entire memory restoration, I want a full body DNA scan of yours."
Hearing this, everybody raised their eyebrows.
Magneto asked," Why are you so itent on scanning DNA's? Previously you took DNA of Wanda and now you are asking of Logan's."
Nova smiled," Well I am a trader. Gaining DNA's of various people will be very beneficial for me."
Sebestian Shaw frowned," You are going to sell their DNA?"
Nova shook his head," Nah, that will be very troublesome. Instead I will use their DNA and create a serum which will grant others their abilities. Like using Logan's DNA, I can create a serum which will grant super regeneration. Or I can direct give them the ability. It's just my choice."
Hearing this, suddenly Storm's eye widened," You mean you can basically copy and paste abilities?"
Nova tilted his head," Thats a strange mataphor. But yeah I can."
Storm's eyes widened as she processed what Nova had said, her voice tinged with surprise. "You mean you can basically copy and paste abilities?"
Nova smirked, clearly unfazed by her reaction. "That's a strange metaphor, but yeah. That's essentially it. I can replicate abilities from DNA. Whether it's Logan's healing factor or someone else's power, I can make it happen."
The room fell into a brief silence as everyone absorbed the implications of his words.
Mystique, not one to waste time, quickly spoke up, her tone sharp. "If you can give Logan's regeneration to someone else, what about Charles?"
The question hung in the air, and Nova didn't hesitate for a second.
"I can," Nova replied confidently, his voice steady. "It's all a matter of how much I want to invest into the procedure. But trust me, it will work. I've done the calculations, run simulations. There's no 'maybe' here. If Charles agrees, I can give him Logan's regeneration, ofcourse if he completes the trade. No issues, no side effects."
Charles glanced at Nova, his expression unreadable. "You're certain?"
"Absolutely," Nova replied, unwavering. "I wouldn't offer it if I wasn't sure. This isn't a shot in the dark. I've perfected the process. It's as simple as injecting a serum once the scans are done. But there is a problem."
Magneto frowned," What problem?"
Nova answered," Because not everybody's body could sustain more than one mutant ability. Some people could but not everyone. So I have a better alternative for Charles."
Charles asked," That's is?"
Nova smiled and took out the healing serum. "This is the healing potion created by me, Harry Osborn, and two other friends. As the name suggests, it will heal every injury—neurological, cellular, skeletal, even genetic defects. It's not about giving you regeneration. It's about restoring your body to its optimal state… including your spine."
Gasps and murmurs rippled through the room.
Charles stared at the vial in Nova's hand, his fingers unconsciously twitching. "...You're saying this could make me walk again?"
Nova nodded with confidence. "Yes. You won't have Logan's regeneration, but you won't need it. You'll be whole—permanently."
Erik leaned forward slightly, suspicion in his voice. "And what do you want in return for this miracle cure? Before you continue, you can't scan DNA of me, Charles and Shaw."
Nova looked at him with a smile. He didn't need Magneto's DNA—not when Gravattack's gravitational manipulation covered similar ground, and Feedback's energy conversion overlapped with Shaw's quirk.
Magneto's power? Already covered. Shaw? Same deal. But Charles… now that's the prize. Pure, unfiltered psychic might. The kind of power that doesn't come from brute strength, but from the mind—the soul. That's what he's after.
But looking at resolute faces of three, he silently shook his head. Well there are other options like Emma and others.
After some thinking, he replied," I can give you this healing serum, if I get to scan DNA of an alpha rank mutant."
Charles was still silent, his fingers twitching slightly again—whether from hope or hesitation, no one could tell. All eyes shifted to Nova for his answer.
Nova turned toward Emma, his gaze calm but sharp. "Yes, Harry is involved. But this version of the serum?" He held up the vial between two fingers. "This is the perfected prototype. The one that bypasses all corporate restrictions, safety nets, and political red tape. The public version... it'll be diluted. Market-friendly. Slower, less potent, and definitely not equipped to fix something as deep-rooted as Charles's spinal trauma."
Emma's sharp. Figures she'd sniff out the business angle. But she doesn't know how deep this really goes. The real version will never hit shelves—not unless I want it to.
He let the thought simmer in the room, then added aloud, "So no, Emma. This serum won't be public. Not this one. What you'll get in six months is watered-down and triple-tested for baseline humans. What I'm offering Charles is a miracle. One that won't be offered again."
Emma narrowed her eyes, not out of distrust—but calculation.
Charles finally spoke, voice softer now. "And the price remains the same? An alpha-level mutant's DNA scan?"
Nova nodded. "Just one. Voluntary. You choose who. I just need one sample. No strings, no traps."
He'll take the deal. He has to. The wheelchair has defined him for so long that the thought of walking again must feel like fiction. But now? It's just a trade away.
Erik looked like he wanted to say something, but Charles raised a hand to stop him. "I'll consider it," he said, voice controlled. "I won't decide now. Not yet."
Nova gave a slow nod of approval. "Of course. The offer stands."
Just then, Logan let out a grunt. "All this talk about walking and miracles, and here I am still waiting to remember if I had a dog as a kid."
Nova chuckled. "Right. Back to business."
He tapped the interface again. "Logan, step forward. This won't hurt… probably."
Logan muttered, "If it does, I'm carving your ribs into a coat rack."
Nova smiled and took out his Omni-Dex, which released a green light and scanned Logan's DNA.
Logan looked at himself, feeling no pain he asked," What was that?"
Nova smiled," What was what? I already scanned your DNA?"
Logan tilted his head further," Altough I am not as smart as Hank but I do know that a green light cannot scan DNA".
Nova just smiled mysteriously at him. Then he asked," So your wish is that you want full memory restoration, from childhood till now?"
Logan grunted as Nova clearly changed the topic and nodded.
Nova snapped his fingers and Logan groaned and clutched his head.
He flinched at first, the sensation of something invasive coursing through him, but it was quickly replaced by a flood of memories—disjointed, chaotic, and overwhelming. Faces from his past, names he had long buried, moments of pain, regret, and joy—all flashed in front of his eyes like a movie reel. His muscles tensed, his fists clenched harder, and his jaw tightened as the memories threatened to tear him apart.
The others looked on in silent curiosity, but even they couldn't ignore the visible strain Logan was under. The light flickered around him, pulsing in rhythm with his breathing.
"Easy, Logan," Nova's voice was soft, almost comforting, but there was no mistaking the weight of the procedure. "You've asked for this. Just breathe."
Logan's body trembled, but he didn't break. Instead, his eyes narrowed as he stood tall, allowing the flood of memories to wash over him. Every single moment of his long, tortured life. The pain of loss, the endless battles, the betrayal, and the few brief moments of happiness he'd managed to hold on to.
And then, just as suddenly as it had started, the flow of memories stopped. Logan blinked, his head spinning, as he took in the world around him. The faces of his comrades, the stark silence in the room, and the weight of his past finally settling into place.
He straightened up, his breathing returning to normal. The cigar had long since gone out, but Logan didn't seem to care. He turned to Nova, his expression unreadable, but there was a flicker of something—an emotion Nova couldn't quite place.
"I remember," Logan said quietly. "Everything. Every damn thing."
The room seemed to exhale in unison, though no one dared break the silence just yet. Charles' gaze softened as he studied Logan, sensing the emotional toll the procedure had taken.
"You okay?" Charles asked, his voice gentle, though there was an understanding behind his words that only someone who had experienced trauma could offer.
Logan's lip curled into a grim smile, though there was no humor in it. "Define 'okay,'" he muttered, his eyes distant as he glanced around the room. "I remember all the pain, all the people I've lost... But I also remember the good. The things that mattered."
Magneto, ever the skeptic, raised an eyebrow. "And what do you plan to do with all of this, Logan? Now that you have everything back?"
Logan flicked his eyes over to Magneto, a brief glint of something dark flashing in his gaze. "Not sure yet. But whatever comes next... I'll deal with it. Like I always have."
The others exchanged glances, some with relief, some with curiosity. But there was one thing that was undeniable—Logan had just taken a massive step forward in reclaiming his past. And what that meant for the future, only time would tell.
Nova, standing back with his arms folded, glanced around the room, watching the tension settle. "If that's all, then we can move on. But if anyone else wants their past restored... well, you know where to find me."
Logan looked at him, his expression unreadable, then gave a short nod. "Yeah, kid. I'll remember this."
