At noon, Qin Anyu, to prove that she hadn't starved Tang Yue, intentionally ordered six lavish dishes at the restaurant next door.
Four people, five dishes and one soup, the portions were still very generous.
After eating and drinking their fill, Qin Anyu patted her swollen belly and couldn't help saying, "I'm so full, Yueyue, from now on, we should eat here every day."
"Sister An Yu, this place isn't cheap, eating here every day would be wasteful, and, homemade dishes taste better," Tang Yue replied. Partly because she was concerned about the money, and partly because she genuinely thought homemade dishes tasted better.
Having been out for half a month, she really missed the dishes cooked by her father, Tang Zhengde, which were the tastiest she had ever had, seeming like she could never get enough of them.
"That's true." Qin Anyu nodded and giggled, "Then we'll just come here occasionally to treat ourselves."
