Just as Xia Chuyi and Huo Shiqian were having a casual conversation on the tree-lined path, Zhan Yi, who they had run into earlier, rushed out to make a phone call.
"Hello, Chi Yue?" Zhan Yi's call was to Chi Yue, who was recuperating at home.
"What's the matter?" Chi Yue asked impatiently on the other end.
Seemingly oblivious to the tone, Zhan Yi excitedly said, "Chi Yue, let me tell you something, I just saw Xia Chuyi in the small grove near our school's Latin classroom, getting all cozy with a man!"
"What did you say?" Chi Yue asked sharply on the other end, "Who was it? Was it Ou Cong?"
Zhan Yi shook her head, "It wasn't the Ou Cong you mentioned before, nor was it Song Yingjie from the Philosophy Department. It was some stranger."
"I've never seen him before, I guess he must be some wild man from outside."
"Wild man?" Hearing this, Chi Yue paused slightly and asked, "Are you sure you saw it right?"
"I'm positive," Zhan Yi replied.
