Chapter 485 - Epilogue: A Final Ember

Dear reader,

If you've come this far, then I owe you more than just thanks—I owe you a bow, a hearthfire, and a seat at the long table.

Thank you. Truly. From the bottom of my ink-stained heart. 🖤

You followed Kalem through storms of fire, frost, fury, and the quiet that follows. You watched as tools became weapons, and friendships were reforged in the heat of impossible choices. You endured guilds collapsing, cities burning, inventions rising—and somewhere amid it all, I hope you laughed, maybe sighed, and perhaps, just maybe, felt something worth the time you gave.

This tale was written with care, but like any long journey, not every path could be walked. There are stories I meant to tell—of old guildmasters never unmasked, of what truly stirred the resurrection of Adra, of the other Lords of war. Perhaps Lyra's quiet rebuilding sparked a new order entirely.

And perhaps, if the winds are kind and the pages call again, we'll return to their paths. I'd like that. 🙂

For now, I lay down the pen. The forge cools. The blades rest.

But the ember never dies.

'Til next time—

Walk with courage, build with care, and never be afraid to throw a mana-spear or two if the moment calls for it. ⚔️🔥❄️🛠️📖

With all my thanks,

—The Author
