Till opened his eyes blearily and stared up at the ceiling without moving.
'Why did I dream of that? It was so long ago now, it doesn't even mean anything anymore.'
He rubbed his face and slowly got up from the bed.
Till was used to being the first to rise in the morning, and ignored Love's still sleeping form whilst he stepped into the small bathroom and switched on the shower attachment.
As the water began to run down his body his thoughts strayed to the events of last night and the way Kit had smiled at the young vampire with bright, scarlet eyes.
He didn't understand why Kit had suddenly changed his attitude towards dating, and with a male vampire at that, 'Was it me? Was I the reason he was so fucked up? Why does he seem so much - happier, without me?'
