The bathroom door opened. Tsunade emerged, wrapped in a bath towel. Her golden hair cascaded down her back, still damp, and her fair feet made soft sounds against the carpet.
"Dry my hair," she said, walking towards the sofa.
After sitting down, she casually turned on the TV and flipped through channels until she found an anime playing.
Since it told the story of the Sixth Hokage, Shinho, she was naturally featured prominently.
Tsunade enjoyed watching it. She had been a producer and part of the writing team for the show.
It felt like a way to show off her love to the entire shinobi world. After all, the plotlines involving her and Shinho were based on real events.
"Sensei," Shinho said, standing behind her with a hairdryer in hand.
He glanced at the television. "When are you filming your next movie?"
"Next week, I think," Tsunade replied after a moment of thought.
"So soon?" Shinho asked, surprised.
"Didn't you say the second movie would be about my story?" Tsunade explained, leaning back against the sofa. "I plan to finish filming within six months, so it won't affect my pregnancy."
The first six months of pregnancy didn't significantly impact a kunoichi, so filming was possible.
Besides, she wasn't the director or an actress, just the producer and screenwriter. She didn't need to engage in any strenuous activities.
"Do as you see fit," Shinho said, lifting Tsunade's golden hair with his left hand and starting to dry it with the hairdryer.
With his current strength, he could have easily dried her hair instantly using Immortal essence. But that would have taken away a lot of the fun.
"Is this the mission with the Nokizaru Group's Exploding Insects?" Tsunade asked, watching the scene on TV.
"What? Is Sensei starting to reminisce about the past?" Shinho asked with a smile.
He had to admit, the essence of Naruto was in its flashbacks. After all, he was a man who had watched all 720 episodes.
"Thinking about it, you've been taking advantage of me since you were little. I just didn't realize it," Tsunade mused, stroking her chin.
"I can't be blamed for that," Shinho coughed lightly.
"If not you, then who?" Tsunade retorted, turning to glare at him.
"Blame your excessive beauty," Shinho said with a sincere expression.
"..." Tsunade pursed her lips, but a hint of pride bloomed in her heart. It seemed her charm was ageless.
No, wait. "You've been a pervert since you were a kid!" Tsunade huffed.
"How is this being a pervert?" Shinho argued. "Is liking something a perversion?"
"You're just a glib tongue," Tsunade said, laughing.
"But I only say these things to you," Shinho replied, putting down the hairdryer.
"Yeah, right. No wonder so many girls are head over heels for you," Tsunade said, gathering her dried golden hair into a high ponytail.
"That just means I'm outstanding," Shinho said, moving in front of her.
"Shameless!" Tsunade lifted her foot and lightly tapped him with her fair foot.
"If I wasn't outstanding, how could I have won Sensei's heart?" Shinho leaned closer, and the fragrance of her bath soap washed over him.
"I'll admit to that," Tsunade said, reaching out and wrapping her arms around his head.
Caught off guard, Shinho fell into her embrace.
His vision was filled with white. He knelt on one knee on the sofa and reached out, finding the knot of her bath towel. With a gentle tug, the towel slipped down, revealing a swathe of pale skin.
"What are you doing?" Tsunade lightly smacked his head, a hint of annoyance in her voice.
"It's in the way," Shinho mumbled, his face now nestled against her soft skin, feeling a texture even smoother than silk.
Tsunade shivered slightly. His warm breath on her skin tickled.
"Sensei, what time is it? I can't see the clock," Shinho said, his eyes open but only able to see the curves of her body.
"Eight o'clock," Tsunade said, glancing at the clock on the wall.
"Time for bed then?" Shinho asked, looking up with a smile.
"What are you thinking about?" Tsunade asked, caressing his cheek.
"What do you think?" Shinho inhaled her faint fragrance. "Have you forgotten? Tonight is our wedding night."
"I haven't forgotten," Tsunade said, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Carry me to the bedroom."
"Umm," Shinho hummed, cupping her buttocks and gently yet swiftly sliding it in.
Tsunade gasped, her pupils constricting. After a few seconds, she glared at him. "Why didn't you warn me?"
"My bad," Shinho said, standing up and walking towards the bedroom.
He walked slowly, each step deliberate. Tsunade clung to him like an octopus, her long, shapely legs trembling slightly.
"Sensei, you're as beautiful as the first time I saw you!" Shinho said, looking down at her admiringly.
A blush crept across her beautiful face, her lips bitten, her eyes hazy, and an alluring aura emanating from her.
"Mmm," Tsunade responded instinctively, her voice lazy and relaxed.
Shinho smiled.
It took them almost five minutes to walk less than a thirty meters. Shinho finally understood the saying "dancing in the palm of my hand."
Tsunade's slender waist and peach-like hips felt like they were dancing in his hands.
"Tired?" Shinho asked as he entered the bedroom.
"Mmm," Tsunade's face was completely flushed.
Beads of sweat glistened on her fair skin, her golden hair clinging together, an irresistible temptation from the inside out.
"Then rest," Shinho said, releasing his hold and letting her down.
Grateful for the reprieve, Tsunade collapsed onto the bed.
With a slight curl of her lips, she reached out and grasped her thighs, lifting her legs. Shinho's eyes widened.
She was completely naked, every detail on full display. He took a step forward, helping Tsunade support her raised legs.
"Mmm," Tsunade moaned softly, her rosy lips slightly parted. She looked at Shinho, her face flushed crimson.
A few seconds later, Tsunade closed her eyes, her body trembling slightly, her fair skin rising and falling rhythmically.
She felt an unprecedented happiness, overflowing.
Their wedding night thus drew to a close.
A new day dawned.
Shinho crawled out from under the warm covers.
He glanced at Tsunade, who was fast asleep, and left without disturbing her.
Last night had been quite strenuous for her. He hadn't had Shizune to share the burden, and Tsunade wanted to conceive. As a Gu immortal, Shinho was fine, but Tsunade needed her rest.
After washing up, he headed to the Hokage's office.
"Lord Hokage?" Samui's face registered surprise when she saw him.
She had assumed Shinho would take the day off; it was his first day as a married man after all.
She hadn't expected him to come to work. Was he always this dedicated?
"Are you not happy to see me?" Shinho asked, walking over and putting his arm around her waist.
"I-I am," Samui stammered, feeling his hand wander.
A strange feeling washed over her. Had marriage not changed him at all?
"Anything important happening today?" Shinho asked, gently kneading her derriere, savoring the texture of her black stockings.
"No," Samui shook her head. "Your wedding was the most important event."
"Hmm," Shinho pondered for a moment. "What about the shinobi from the other villages? Have they returned?"
"Not yet," Samui paused. "The Kumogakure ninja are leaving today."
"Then go see them off," Shinho said, releasing her.
"There's no need," Samui replied calmly. "I'm no longer a Kumo ninja."
Her family was now in Konoha; her younger brother, Atsui, had even joined the First Ninja Squad.
Nowadays, Kumogakure was more like a memory for her; she had no concrete ties there anymore.
"I know your loyalty," Shinho said, stroking her face. "But you don't need to cut ties with Kumogakure completely."
Samui's heart trembled.
She pursed her lips. "I'll go."
After all, it was the homeland where she had spent over twenty years; it wasn't something she could easily let go of.
But if she had to choose between Kumogakure and Shinho now, she would choose Shinho.
"Good girl," Shinho lowered his head and kissed her.
Samui obediently opened her mouth.
After a long while, they parted.
"Go," Shinho said, satisfied with her response.
"Have Mabui and Yugito go with you as well."
"Thank you, Lord Hokage!" Samui said breathlessly, her face flushed.
She bowed deeply and turned to leave.
Her affection for Shinho had grown. Staying by his side seemed like a wise decision.
"Shizune," Shinho suddenly remembered something and used the Territory Immortal Gu to communicate with Shizune.
He instructed her to go home and take care of Tsunade, who hadn't had breakfast yet.
Shinho casually picked up a document from the Hokage's desk.
His eyebrows rose. It was a list of gifts from the various hidden villages. He scanned it briefly. They were mostly common gifts: money, jutsu, ninja tools, and the like.
Suddenly, Shinho remembered the unopened gifts from his wedding. He was most interested in the ones from Hanabi, Ino, and Konan.
He rummaged through the pile of gifts and quickly found theirs.
After a moment's thought, he opened Konan's gift.
Inside the box were two lifelike figurines.
One was of him, the other of Tsunade, both dressed in wedding kimonos, holding hands. The material was undoubtedly the paper Konan used.
"Paper person?" Shinho chuckled. He had to admit, it was quite well made.
It reminded him of his figurine collection from his previous life.
Next, he opened Hanabi's gift. It was a pile of origami cranes.
A quick glance confirmed they were hand-folded; each crane had subtle differences.
He wondered if Hanabi had folded them herself. Probably. In Japan, origami cranes represented blessings, longevity, health, and warding off evil.
It was a typical gift from a young girl.
Shinho closed the box and turned to Ino's gift.
He opened it and paused, slightly stunned.
It was a book titled "Flowers of Love." He opened the cover and found a pressed, dried flower on the first page. It was clearly a red rose.
He glanced at the contents; it was a description of the rose.
Sure enough, there was another pressed flower, but not a rose; this time, it was a bellflower. Roses were a classic symbol of love, and bellflowers also carried a meaning of love.
He continued flipping through the pages.
Each page had a pressed flower, each somehow related to love.
Shinho was surprised. This gift had clearly taken a lot of thought. He had seen Ino's jealousy last night and expected a perfunctory gift, but this was anything but.
A smile touched Shinho's lips. Another tsundere girl.
It was truly endearing.
Shinho looked through the other gifts from his friends.
They were mostly small items, not expensive, but heartfelt, reflecting their personalities. Like Naruto's coupon to Ichiraku Ramen.
After putting away all the gifts, he finally took out the omamori charm given by Hinata. He sniffed it; a refreshing fragrance filled his senses. He casually attached it to his waist.
Having dealt with the gifts, he picked up the documents on his desk and resumed his work.
Until he came across the file from his new department, the Skynet, sent by Kaguya Otsutsuki.
She had indeed compiled the content for the Infinite Tsukuyomi and was waiting for the order to implement it.
Shinho stroked his chin. The nine Tailed Beasts were already distributed across nine cities; retrieving them would be too much trouble.
Since the God Tree was in his Immortal Aperture, perhaps he could perform the Infinite Tsukuyomi from there.
The Infinite Tsukuyomi's range was the entire shinobi world, requiring an unimaginable amount of chakra.
But if the range was limited to his Immortal Aperture, the chakra requirement would be significantly reduced.
More importantly, his Immortal Aperture was under his control. He wouldn't have to worry about Kaguya trying anything.
Those who wanted to access the virtual world would have to enter his Immortal Aperture first, then enter the Infinite Tsukuyomi, it was a double layer of security.
Shinho's eyes narrowed.
Before the Infinite Tsukuyomi, he should try out Danzo's Limited Tsukuyomi. With that in mind, he picked up a pen and jotted down a few lines.
"Konan," Shinho called out using the territory Immortal Gu.
Soon, a knock came, and Konan entered.
"Give this to Kaguya," Shinho said, handing her the note. He paused. "Where is Danzo being held?"
"Konoha's maximum-security prison," Konan's eyes gleamed. "Are you going to execute him?"
The Akatsuki's grudge against Danzo went back to the battle where Yahiko died and Nagato lost his legs.
"Indeed," Shinho said with a smile. "But we'll have to wait a few days."
