Dane was stumped by Rupert's behavior. The man had ended the call even before he said anything.
What was happening? What's the rush?
He didn't exactly know what Ruper was planning, but he was damn certain that the man was upto something.
Dane rewound their conversation, and his mind narrowed on one person: Sienna's bodyguard.
"Did Rupert say the truth? Is something going on between Sienna and her bodyguard?" Dane pondered, tapping his fingers lightly on the table.
"But it's been only a few days since they met. How could they develop feelings for each other this quickly? Is it all Sienna's stunt to gain hold of the Lawrence family assets? Is she going to marry the man to fulfill the condition in the will?"
Dane couldn't think of any other reason behind Sienna's actions. He knew that they weren't just baseless rumors. Sienna would never allow anyone to tarnish her reputation. She was vigilant and calculative. She'd never allow herself to be at a disadvantage.
