Ola and Cila have stayed the night inside Elie's house. There currently eating breakfast which is normal wheat made bread. It is the villiages specialty.
"I've got to admit Elie, considering we're just eating bread, its actually nice and soft. Not to dry either". Ola says. His honest words bring a light into her eyes. Almost as if she is hearing such a compliment for the first time.
"Well, it's nice to hear that, the farmers of this poor villiage work hard every single day to make bread, Most passers just come in our village and complain that we don't have decent food because were so poor", Elie says with a bright smile. It's clear she is happy about what Ola said.
Once Ola has finished his fill of bread. He stands up and stretches. "Right, i thing it's best if me and Cila head off soon, we both need to learn our powers and get a good understanding off them". Ola says in a strained voice as he leans backwards in a strength.
"Thanks for the food Elie, you are very kind", Cila says to Elie in a friendly manner. Elie shakes her head dismissing that it was a friendly gesture but just a offering for two hungry bypassers.
A small pouch can be seen on the ground in a corner. It's empty but big enough to hold some food and drink.
"Umm, Elie, that pouch over in the corner, can we take it", Ola says with hope.
Elie looks over tocthe corner and sees the pouch. "Oh, well, I'm not using it no, but it was a gift from my late grandmother", Elie says. The smile never leaving her face.
Cila and Ola look at eachother. They understand what she is saying and decide it's not a good idea to take it after all.
"Oh, nevermind, it's fine we will find another one elsewhere", Cila says with understanding.
Her and Ola smiling at Elie. Elie feels pleased that there so understanding and not being forceful and demanding.
"You know, You too are different", Elie says which makes the other two confused.
Ola and Cila look at eachother. She isn't wrong, They are different, But they are thinking in a different manner to what Elie is actually getting at.
"Well, I can see why were different, I am from two thousand ye-", Cila thumps Ola in his leg to stop him from saying anything more. Ola looks at her in a grumpy way, Not happy being hit in the leg.
Once he saw Cila shake her shade and her eyes telling him something only he can understand. Cila is right with what she us doing. Elie doesn't know Ola and doesent know that he is actually the guy from the books that have painted his name as a bad guy and a world threat.
Ola sighs. 'Sorry' He whispers to her under his breath.
Cila then let's out a sigh. Elie looks confused by there interaction. "Nothing to worry about, but how are we both different", Cila says with a smile, hoping to avert any thoughts about her previous actions.
Elie stands there unsure of what just happened bit shakes her head anyway. "I don't mean it in any indifference, I'm just saying, Most people would just take the bag by force or even threaten me, But you two just accepted that I don't want to give it away, So Thank you", Elie says clearing up the misunderstanding.
Ola scratches his head, Looking at the floor and Cila chuckled. "Well we aren't going to pose harm or threaten someone who we consider a friend", Cila says proudly. Her smile being honest with her words.
Elie hearing this smiles brightly. "Oh, well, Thanks, I guess", Her words may seem plain and simple but are filled with genuine gratitude.
Ola and Elie put on there black cloaks make out of a curtain they found in an abandoned building they found around a month ago. Cila picks uo her book and puts it on a piece of string on her hip letting it hang there.
"Oh, you are leaving already", Elie speaks softly with a hint of Sadness.
Ola nods. "Yeah, we both have magic we need to learn how to control and use properly", Ola says as they are both ready to leave.
Elie is suprised qhen Ila said 'Magic', From there first encounter yesterday, Ola did not seem like a person who can weald magic.
"Wow, I see, Magic huh, It's very rare these days the see a mage", elie's words confused Ola, especially since he lived in a time where Mages were everywhere.
"What do you mean", Ola asks.
Cila Looks at Ola, she is confused aswell but has more if an understanding because she remembers her father telling her that many years ago, There was a massive war between mages and they wiped eachother out.
"You don't know, how, all the mages had a huge fight and they killed eachother, almost four hundred years ago", Elie says to Ola.
He shakes his head with clear confusion on his face. " no i did not", Ola speaks quietly.
Cila can see he is bit puzzled by this news. "Anyway,we best get going, Thank you so much for letting us stay here and give us food", Cila says while smiling.
After much talk Ola and Cila take there leave and walk through the villiage to leave. Waving goodbye to Elia who they now see as a friend.
'See you soon, My friends' Elie says to herself. Feeling happy but sad they are going. She hold the feeling of seeing them again soon close to her heart.
